Staff is excellent, but they need management help to improve the quality of the food and the toiletries etc. If this happens it would easily become one of the Top hotels in the Black forest . It's really that good.

Not applicable. No remarks what needs improvement. Rooms were very clean, facilitated by good bathroom including rainshower. Directly hotwater etc.

Breakfast lunch and dinner was of very high quality. One of the best hotels ever stayed. Personnel were outstanding customer friendly. Did their utmost best to give you a pleasant stay.

The staff were amazing: friendly, helpful, always made sure we were taken care of. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices, and lunch and dinner were great as well. We loved the heated panorama pool and the beautiful views, it was so relaxing. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were also able to easily visit Titisee on foot from the hotel through the forest path. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We would love to come back someday!

On arrival we were tired and just wanted to relax in our room. The staff wanted to show us round but after 30 minutes I asked for the keys to our room as I decided not to wait any longer.

Everything was great. Perhaps if we had stayed longer we would have appreciated having an option for a shorter, simpler dinner.

Such a peaceful place to be, we spent our days hiking, swimming in the pools, enjoying long meals and taking in the views.

Reception staff not helpful we don't speak German. All contact and information was almost exclusively in German. Asked to sign registration form in German without translation. Similarly all menus and a la cartera in German only.

The safe is with a separate key and not a code, with is really clumsy.

Everything was was really superb but the breakfast was really exceptional with regards to quality and choice of the food, friendlyness of the staff and location (outside with view on the hills. The restaurant is also really good with fine food and wines, good value for money. The SPA is also really nice and the external heated pool with view on the mountains is exceptional.

The hotel decoration feels tired. I personally don't like carpet in the bedroom, carpets can be dirty. Signage from pool not good, got lost twice.

Breakfast was superb. Bed very comfortable and lots of space in room, with lots of hanging space for clothes. Very good bathroom, excellent shower. Great view from spacious balconly. Indoor swimming pool was good size, very clean.

Room interior and furniture was a bit dated - it was clean and functional, but could use some renovation.

As usual, I don’t like the beds, there are twin beds and not a double bed, beds are small and not really comfortable, pillows are weird and not giving enough neck support, bedsheets are cotton and super clean/white but a bit too rough. I prefer cotton satin which is softer and silky. If the beds were more comfortable I could totally spend a whole week there.

Very nice place, the heated outdoor pool is fantastic! Food was amazing, especially the dinners were very good. Quiet place, very nice Mountain/Forest View, nice spa, beautiful indoor and outdoor heated pools, we enjoyed our time there! It is also close to Titisee which we had a short boat tour. The cleanliness was very good, the bathroom, towels, bathrobes amazingly clean, soft white towels are heavenly. We also got a massage which was professional and relaxing.
