The upper floors are all made of wood, making quacky noises with every single step you take, it was so annoying to make noise late at night unintentionally, and hearing everyone's loud steps around us. They need to be fixed/changed. Another thing, our room (255) had no curtains!!!! We could see other people across the window and they could see us.

Position is great within a short walking distance from the heart of München, from the central bus and train stations. Staff is extremely lovely and smiling, contrary to beliefs in general about German hosts.

The washroom was quite small and not much tidy, especially shower tub is too small and water start flowing to the floor. The pillows was too big, i never seen that much bigger pillows, it was quite hard to sleep, all 3 nights we could not sleep well. When i request for some other pillow, the receptionist refused by saying we do not have any other option. quite disappointed. Moreover Breakfast does not have anything warm, everything is cold, they need to add few more items in there breakfast.

The location is outstanding, there is a shopping center just 5 minutes walk, everything available at the shopping center. Also it's just 10 minutes walk to Central Bus station, so it was quite convenient for us to travel by Flixbus to and from Salzburg and Neuschwanstein Castle. Also the city center is quite near only 15 minutes walk. Breakfast was good as well.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, we found clothes left by previous guests in the closet. The carpet was poorly vacuumed. The design of the hotel is really outdated, but cozy. Not very good sound insulation and weak wifi.

The stay was very pleasant. The bed mattress was extra comfortable. Breakfast was abundant, tasty and fresh. The location is convenient, you can park your car nearby. The room is spacious, bright and cozy.

Old hotel, sometimes stinky in the corridor. Unfortunately, our rooms were in the cellar, with small windows at the street high. But this is probably due to the limited cost of the room.

Door handle was very awkward to use and quite loud. We could hear everyone opening and closing doors at all hours. The room is quite small and there was no room to unpack. I tried to call the desk for assistance and the phone did not have a working power cord.

Great location 5 min walk from Oktoberfest. Very comfy beds, and an amazing breakfast in the main floor breakfast room, with balcony. Room had basic amenities but quaint.

The first major problem is the absence of an elevator, which obliged me to carry a heavy suitcase up to the 2nd floor. Now I'm a young, fit man, but if I were a senior... Besides, my room didn't have air conditioning and there are no structural measures to prevent the sunrays coming in (yes, there are curtains, but they don't help against the heath that already has entered the room through glass). It was very hot in the room. During night we had to open the windows, which permitted various zooming insects to join us in our sleep. Lastly, I would like to mention the "ecological" shower. It is very water saving, as it is such a crap that nobody is able to stand there longer than 5 minutes, which prevents us from using too much water.

(Maxim) The hotel is nicely located, no too far from central station and closely to U-bahn stations. The neighbourhood is quiet, although it might be very chaotic during Oktoberfest, as this hotel is close to the festival area for Oktober Fest. I would also like to give a compliment for the friendly staff. When we checked in, it turned out that the hotel's administration forgot about our request to put 2 separate beds. This problem was, however, perfectly solved by a very kind receptionist, as she managed to find an empty room with 2 separate beds. As last but not least, I enjoyed the served breakfast. The products are fresh, tasty and the staff is continously checking the food stock. In combination with old-fashioned furniture and a splendid balcony, the breakfast was amazing!

No private parking. One small mirror in the bathroom. The room didn’t have curtains nor telephone device to contact lobby directly.

Very nice hotel; white furniture, Parkett rooms and Roller behind the huge windows. Breakfast was tasty; it included salad and fresh fruits, no cafe machine but filter coffee. Staff are not very kind, but helpful if you ask questions directly.
