Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment is really just two rooms connected by the bathroom. Whats worse, the second room must go through the bathroom and towards the other room in order to leave, even though they have their own door. This is not safe. Close to no ventilation when blinds are down, no staff available most of the day, parking does not have designated spots so guests park in a way that can block others.

Radiator in the bathroom not working. Cold room at arrival with a closed radiator. Breakfast only a croissant and a coffee from the automatic machine. A bunch of Indian kids running around and Indian music playing in the dining room. Staff at reception a bit confused.

When we arrived our room had the largest spider and three cockroaches. I think they just came in the window as it has seen left open. We didn’t see any other bugs the rest of our stay. And I checked EVERYWHERE! There was a very bad smell coming up the drains too.
The staff were friendly. The male receptionist was very helpful and nothing was to much hastle.

Minimum staffing levels There ate two hotels with the same name in the area and I ended up in the wrong one....but the person let me in the early hours of the morning. Hotel seemed very quiet so minimum amount of other guests.
Well appointed bright large room with plenty of parking space. Facilities very good and cleanliness excellent. Quiet room. Complimentary coffee and croissant available on departure.

The hotel was booked including breakfast and once checked in they told need to pay for breakfast… No transparency and felt like cheating.. Also they took tax amount while checkout which I have never seen with any hotels…worst experience with a hotel in my whole life and also don’t expect this from hotels in booking.con

Breakfast. It’s weird, there’s croissants, rolls and coffee available to help yourself. However if you want butter or jam with them you have to pay 6 euros for which you get a small block of butter , jam , Philadelphia, Nutella and pate ! Why ? I only wanted butter and jam ! And by the way the butter and the Philadelphia were out of date !!!! 🤔🤔

There are thins like old carpet and entry door to the room which are worn down and could be replaced.

There was a free parking space, the check in was easy with the lockbox, and everything was directly explained in the room. The woman from reception was really nice and helped us a lot. We had breakfast (croissants and hot beverages) even if we didn't counted on it. Do yourself a favor and book it!:)

This is outrageous. I had to stay more than an hour with the confirmation in front of the hotel, nobody answered. I took another room. They don't refund. That's a scam. Already informed the police, since I'm not the only one
Scammers. Don't book via Booking com. The booking via Booking.com login datas to enter in the hotel doesn't work. And they don't refund. Nobody answer at phone. That's the thing. I'm not the only one.
