The bed linens (both quilt covers and pillowcases) were nicely arranged but not ironed (nor mangled) which gave me the bad filling that somebody else was sleeping in our bedlines before. The morning after I saw on the corridor the fresh new bed linen which was not ironed either - so maybe this is normal here.

The personell was very friendly and incredibly service minded. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and delicious. The kids can get hot chocolate if you ask for.

The hotel is set out of town so has nice views but it does mean travelling back into town to eat. Not a major problem but something to think about.

Own entrance and good wifi. Breakfast was also very good. They gave me a room round the back with covered parking for the bike.

the bathroom had a Jacuzzi that did not work properly and which spontaneously started running in the middle of the night waking me

large room, lots of space, the staff was nice enough to allow me to have breakfast at 6.15, although it officially started at 6.30

There is little else around, so you really do have to come prepared with your own dinner, especially if you're on a budget. It would be nice if there were bars of soap in the bathrooms.

We have stayed here many times, and have always enjoyed it. The beds are comfortable, the breakfasts are great, the location is good if you're traveling across Europe. The newer rooms (#18) have a refrigerator, which is a big bonus if you're bringing your own food.

Infrastructure around is pretty poor due to location. You definitely should negotiate dinner if you plan road trip with one-night stay. Pay attention to reception opening hours, no 24h. But you can just call.

Good breakfast. Friendly owners paying high attention to your special requests and putting huge efforts to compensate lack of infrastructure around. Really good room quality for this price.

The lack of facilities as described above

The property was in the Country, ideal for parking but the lack of facilities didn't help. After a long drive it would have been nice to have access to a bar or drinks. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but it served its purpose as a quiet stop off point between Poland and Dunkirk. The Manager/owner? Was very friendly and spoke excellent English

This wasn't a problem for us, but check-in hours are limited.

Hotel is close to a major motorway (A1) and convenient for a stopover, but has a nice location in the countryside. The place is not fancy, but our family room was large and comfortable at a great price.

Breakfast was a bit basic, although to be fair it was almost Christmas, and there was only one other person staying at the hotel

Good size family room, easy to find, handy location to break our journey to Poland from the UK and visit Muenster. Very helpful staff (we arrived late in the evening)
