Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsThe bathroom is very narrow and possibly not suitable for everybody. We had no problems with this, though.
Good location in the centre of Bremen. Parking close to the hotel is possible. The reception is open in the evening.

LithuaniaThe bathroom area is really really small. My husband is 2 m height so getting to toilet was a bit challenging :D
The hotels place is very good, really near the centre, like 10 min on normal walking pace. Good place for the price. Room and bathroom are clean and maintained.

United KingdomThe only thing was the size of the bathroom, if I was being really picky, but it was adequaqte and did not detract fron the overall stay.
Getting there was very easy from the Airport with two trams, and only 25 minutes total. Arrived early for check in, but we were able to leave our bags in the storage, and after a short walk straight down the street, we were at the town centre. Location is superb, with a bakery, a supermarket, and a take away across the road, and the tram stops right outside. An easy short walk, and you are at the river, which is a nice way to get to the town centre also. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is amazingly clean and nicely presented with vibrant colours and good lighting. The only small thing is the size of the bathroom, but having read previous reviews, expected it, and as I am a big fella, am used to being a little squeezed in anyway. All in all, for the location, ease of travel to and from the airport (under half an hour both ways by tram) and for the nice comfortable reasonably sized super clean rooms, I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Bremen.

BelgiumWhen we returned in the evening, the lights were dim. When waiting for the elevator, the receptionist came out of nowhere and asked us to show her our room key. That was a strange experience.
A very nice location in the city centre. Room design looked cool. We enjoyed the comfortable bed very much. The breakfast was not bad.

GreeceI ask to use the hotel's underground parking and I accepted the extra fee for that. When, I went there they didn't allowed me to use the hotel's underground parking by giving me different excuses (big car even if I drove a Hyundai i10) or difficulties to use it (you won't be able to park it in the last free spot and you will have to leave with reverse). Because of that, I paid 25€ for parking in the street and in a city garage instead of paying them 12€.
Very nice room with big bathroom. Close to city centre.

GermanyThe room was not fully cleaned upon our arrival. There were cigarette buds and some leaves on the floor. Room service afterwards was okay, however.
The room and the beds are decently cosy. The bathroom is clean, and a hairdryer is available. The hotel is quite central, located only 2 streets from the Weser. Trams line 2 and 3 stop right in front, and Markplatz is only 1km away.

GermanyThe bathroom in our room was a bit narrow, you had to sit on the closet a bit to the side otherwise kneecap touches the wall. Its not a big deal but it would not be suitable for some people.
The space theme of the whole establishment was funny. The location is pretty good, 10 min walk from the main station or there is a tramline and a bus stop in front. The bed was comfortable, no noices from outside, for the summer it weas chilled enough, no complains. It is exactly what you expect from a budget friendly bed and breakfast.

CroatiaThe bathroom is tiny, I believe it would be quite uncomfortable for a tall or corpulent person.
This hotel is very well located, near a public garage and near the river where there are bars and restaurant, all the main attractions are nearby. A room for 2 is quite small (12 m2).

PolandThis is a budget option so some things are not perfect. The hotel is located in a main street with tramways so if you like to sleep in choose rooms at the back, the windows are not sound proof. The room is quite large but the bathroom is not, the washbasin apparently looked great on paper but the reality is that if you size L or more you may find it difficult to wash your hands or brush your teeth with the doors closed.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the old town. The interior design is quite impressive - the theme is space travel. The rooms are quite large, mostly white. Breakfast is served in a large room downstairs, there is also a bar there but we did not use it. The hotel will ask you about the size of your car and, although it may sound weird, treat this question seriously. The hotel has an underground parking with lifts which allow to place two cars in a single parking lot - one up and one down. The price is that too high or too long cars can't squeeze in.
