Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyThey don't have anything to drink or eat in the room. Even a heater for water.
It is right in front of the main train station. They have some utilities you may need in your room, such as towels and soaps. Stuff is friendly as usual.

TurkeyThe neighbourhood is not for the weak, anytime of the day. The hotel’s main door opens to the street on the ground floor and it is automatic. One early morning, there was a woman outside, holding the door shut because she decided to keep hotel guests inside. Lucky for me that my husband was there to push the door open, otherwise I’d be stuck inside until she’d let go. She protested the opening of the door by pouring her water bottle on the street and throwing the bottle on the ground. The reception is on the 6th floor so the staff doesn’t have to deal with this level of craziness, lucky for them.
This hotel is right across the main train station and fairly priced for what it has to offer. The tram from the airport stops in front of it. The city center is about 10 minutes away on foot or you can take a tram. The staff is fine. They are not hiding that they aren’t particularly happy for you being there and their neutral attitude represents the allover “budget hotel feeling”. We stayed on the third floor, facing the courtyard. Although I’ve read in the reviews that the view of Hauptbahnhof is beautiful, we were able to open our window for some fresh air and we’ve appreciated that.

United KingdomWe were unable to find a way to lower the room temperature below 18 degrees. The window is full length and can open fully, there is only a glass panel on the lower half preventing anyone from falling out so be careful with this, especially if you have children or had a few beers.
The hotel is located directly outside the Bremen Hauptbahnhof and Bus and Tram stops making it an easy place to get to and use as a base to travel out from. You can get from the airport in around 15 minutes via the tram, it only costs 3 Euros and is basically a door to door service. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel both before and after our stay which was very useful, just make sure you don't lose the ticket they give you. A nice touch is if you pass on room cleaning for a day, you are given a voucher for a bottle of water or small snack. Our room was quite large as it also featured a foldaway second bed, along with the double bed already there.

GermanyQuiet in general. But I've got the room with a view on tram stops. Trams themself didn't disturb me. But there were announcements regarding transport tips every 15 minutes aprx. from 6.30 to 21:30. For me it was not a real problem but please consider how it deals with your lifecycle. My room was on the 2nd floor. The second point - TV in my room has no signal and shows me nothing. Not critical as well, but could be improved.
Very good hotel location. Close to the central train station and has good city transport connection. Despite the room has "Spartan" environment the beds were really good and comfortable. The bathroom was not that big but OK for me. Everything there was working fine. Staff on reception was really friendly and helpful.

United KingdomI would have liked a safe in the room. Also there is no facility for a key safe at reception for passport etc. As others have said, there are a lot of dubious characters in the area, but of course that is not the fault of the hotel.
Excellent location, close to the tram station, railway station and city centre. Everywhere in short walking distance. Breakfast at Euro 11 was good value. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and the WiFi was excellent. I would definitely

United KingdomShower was powerful but water kept going hot and cold. This is common when so many people are using a water supply at once so not the hotels fault. No coffee maker in rooms. It was a budget hotel so I understand and there were plenty of shops nearby where I could get coffee.
Location was perfect. Right across from the trams and train station. Easy to find coming from the airport tram. Room was basic but well set out and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the timings for breakfast were much better than in the UK as they served until 10.30 through the week and 11 am at weekends.
