Only two pillows provided with no extras on a double bed. Neck pain. The room was hotter than the sun, and the controls did not work. Due to being located next to ‘Boobs tabledance’, it proved to be rather loud into the night in our street-facing room (partially out fault for not doing enough google maps research!!)

Good location - very close to the central train station for our onward travel.

Nice, clean hotel in the centre, 15 min walk to Karlsplatz. We stayed for 1 night - nice acommodation, a bit small bathroom, but it had all we needed, garage under hotel so we did not have any problems looking for parking, nice staff, bar in the lobby.

This has been my 2nd time in IBIS hotels in the last five years. I connected to the hotel WiFi by my phone smoothly, but I had an issue with my notebook, which did resolved at the end. I had the same situation 5 years ago in IBIS hotel in Budapest, but with my previous notebook. Simply, I could not connect to the WiFi of hotel chain both times. When I checked blogs and forums to get information to fix the problem, I noticed that I not the only one with it, so this is a real issue for IBIS. I also want to add that I travel several times a year and accommodate in the hotels of similar range and that I have had this problem only in these two IBIS hotels. Again, I want to thank to the hotel staff for helping me with information and sharing me their internet.

I first want to say nice words to the staff (expecially Chris) who was very friendy and tried to help me with my WiFi problem (explained later). The hotel is located close to the main rail and bus stations, as well as on a walking distance to the city core and the main pedestrian zone. Breakfast was OK. There is a variety of options.

I stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time. The first time was about 10 years ago, and I was disappointed with the decline. The toilet and shower facility is very minimal. And the towels smell bleach. The lighting of the room is inadequate.

At the bar, the panino Brot - not good. Rucola had gone off. Also consider noting in your advertising how small the rooms, including bathrooms are. It was fine for me traveling by myself but would have been challenging for two people.

1. Breakfast very nice, but for me unnecessarily expensive: I usually only have a cup of coffee in the morning . 2. Bathroom, it is important to inform the guest in advance about its size. It was enough for humble little me , but I would not choose it together with my husband, who needs bigger bathroom to be able to turn around in it. 3. area is "Spielhölle" and "table dance" area: uncomfortable and did not like to walk alone as a women during evenings. I experienced fights among arab clans in the area a parallel streets away, tumbling out of a "Speilhölle" during day time: would not necessarily choose it with family and kids.

1. quite inspite of central and busy road. 2. closeness to train station. 3. phantastic with car house parking. 4 I liked good, priceworthy , interestning and very international restaurants in the neighbourhood 5. walking distance and super closeness to center and art gallerias and Zirkus Krone. 6. so very nice reception staff, helpful and efficient 7. Strassenbahn stop directly 15 meters away and with DIRECT line to operahouse-Residenz-city center, so good and safe way to get back to hotel, also in the evenings. 8. If you go to opera or theater, Strassenbahn ticket is included, for your info.

It's an Ibis so you know what you are getting and that it's very basic.

The location is good right near Central station. It had a good bar and lobby.

It’s clean and modern. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. The location is very good, close to one of the main train stations and underground.

Our room wasn't serviced at all over the 4night stay. On day one housekeeping came at around 6.30pm to which we sent them away and put the sign on the door to come back tomorrow.

Good location to the Munchen HBF. Also very good if you would like to try some ‘other’ (other than German of course) cuisines.

Beds are not very comfortable; the bathroom was tiny and cold; bedlights too bright.
