It was warm in the room and tried using the fan but didn't helped to cool the room. Wonder if there is fan provided in this situation but didn't bother as I was just staying for 1 night.

Courteous and friendly staff. The view on the breakfast area is very nice especially watchingthe sunrise while having a delicious coffee. Will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

Hello! I especially liked the high level of hospitality of receptionists and their helpful, friendly advice on local shops and accessibility. Breakfast was great, including a-la-piqante pork sausage.

Unfortunately, after having a shower, I found out that the hairdryer didn't work. So, before washing the hair, make sure the hairdryer works.

In front of the building there was a group of men drinking a lot. I don’t know if they also stayed at the hotel but every night (3 nights) there was a lot of noice from the hallway.

I like that the windows were soundproof. Also the wafelmaker at breakfast was delicious. The beds were good but there werent that many facilities. The location if you need to Berlin Messe Expo is great. Also there is a good Mexican restaurant not to far and the U-bahn to the city-center was at walkingdistance from the hotel.

If you want to be close to the city center it's very far.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. The location is great if you need to be near the Main Bust Station and the U-bahn is a few minutes walk away.

- Would be great to have at least a small fridge in the room - There were no hooks for outerwear, so everything had to be hung in one closet in the room - Having a second set of pillows available would be good

+ Convenient location + Everything what you need is just nearby, including groceries, restaurants and public transport + Considering unfair pricetags overall in Berlin, the rate was fairly good + Comfy bed + Stable high-speed wi-fi + Good soundproofing + Water mixers in the bathroom work well + Unexpectedly comfortable and not crowded lobby bar area, with electrical sockets, where one can sit and work even the whole day. This is exceptional for 2-3 stars hotels based on my vast experience. + Complementary citrus water available downstairs, as well obviously as soft/alcohol drinks, nice coffee and snacks for a fair pricetag. They even have a microvawe available for use in the lobby area, which is a super rare thing for hotels. In general it exceeded expectations from a stay in a budget (by Berlin standards) hotel

1. You might be waken up by the loud sound of the door closing from your neighbors in the morning. 2. the air-conditioner is more like a fan, not very cooling.

The breakfast was good. You can make waffles by yourself (the timer of the machine is broken so you need to count 2 mins to take it out)

The quality of the room in general needs to be improved. The bathroom drainage is really not good... water in the shower floods and in the wc it doesnt flush too well... also the pipe from the sink smells a bit weird... but surprisingly the water doesnt🤣 its drinkable. The Quality of the bed and pillows should also be improved as they are not quite comfortable. The air conditioner is a bit dusty and needs maintenance. Quite pricey for the quality but maybe it's due to the festival season. And since it's so well-connected to Olympiasstadion, the distance justifies the price.

The hotel is located near the train station and near olympiastadion which is what we need. The floor is wooden so it's very hygienic. In general everything is clean, and the stay was comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick. For a short stay is fine. Minimalistic.
