The fact there is no check in staff in the evening is abit strange for me. This could have been better but when I interacted with staff the next morning at check out, they were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Very clean room and bathroom. For the price and good location, this hotel is very good.

The hotel is in conjuction to a catholic education center for caretakers of elderly homes. So if you don't subscribe to this denomination it can feel a bit thick.

Requested a quiet room, Had to remind receptionist, Changed from 4th floor next to elevator to 3rd floor, courtyard room. Still noisy because of bars and restaurants in the area, was explanation I received next morning. With a closed window it was quieter, but got a bit warm in the room.

Location is great! Nice restaurants close by, and easy to reach from train station. Hotel offers a choice of pillows, which you can take yourself from a cabinet by the reception. Nice gesture.

Very busy road passing the Hotel. Impossible to open the window due to the noise even at night. No air-conditioning. Difficult parking, staff gives uneducated and wrong advice. Make sure, you know upfront where to park as the area around the Hotel is mostly exclusive parking for residents. Next parking is in 10 min Walking distance and expensive. Make sure, you have coins.

    Clean place, very convenient location.

This place seems to be a former nursing home that was turned into a hotel. It felt institutional and lacked charm. The bathroom was like a hospital bathroom, with guard rails and not really a separate shower. Fine, but a bit depressing.

Convenient location, parking just around the corner. Relatively inexpensive. Clean. The staff was very helpful at check in. Breakfast was very reasonably priced.

Bed was very firm. Fine for an overnight stay but hotel didn't have much character overall.

Great location for getting around the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. A pretty basic room but did the job

It was hard to find, the parking was not straight outside and had to go in and get a key which was 5 euros. The reception was not manned all night ao difficult if you want to pay and leave early.

The location was good and only a 10 minute walk to the zentrum. Good italian restaurant a round the corner.

Even in a rather catholic city like Paderborn I don't appreciate a crucifix in the hotel room. Also, in such a small city I was surprised that they charged me for parking the car.

The shower had a suspicious looking moldy appearance. Bring your shower shoes. Or maybe I'm just too much of a clean freak.

The staff was absolutely friendly and really cared that I was comfortable. Lovely, clean room. Bus stops at 3 locations close to the hotel and it was very quiet in the mornings and at night. FREE COFFEE in the morning right by the elevators on every floor! And it's good!
