The only minor drawback was the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room. While these were available in the restaurant—though I’m not sure if there was an extra charge—I personally love having a cuppa first thing in the morning, so I purchased a small kettle to use during my stay. It was the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel where this wasn’t provided, which was a bit unexpected but didn’t overshadow the overall wonderful experience.

I absolutely loved my stay! The room was impeccably clean, bright, and spacious, providing a wonderfully comfortable environment to relax in. The large shower was a real highlight, with plenty of hot water. The extremely large bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the complimentary mini bar stocked with soft drinks was a thoughtful and delightful touch. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service — everyone I encountered, from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive restaurant team and the diligent cleaning crew, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Breakfast could be better variaty wise and cleaness of the room coould be much improved - the inside bathrom door had palm prints all along.

Hotel is pretty big, setteled in a pretty quiet and peaceful area. Had a super nice and comfy bed... Plenty bathroom towels which is a big plus. Free bar (basic drinks).

There are small nuances that leave "room for growth and development" for hotel management: 1) Because of the extravagant layout of the room, if someone turns on the light in the shower (which is located in the center of the hallway), the light hits the eyes of the person lying in bed. Blinds are needed. 2) the toilet needs a latch (so that you can close the toilet door) 3) The door opening by card does not work in the parking lot (I inserted cards, but the system did not respond). You have to press a button and disturb the reception. In principle, it is a small thing, but psychologically it is inconvenient to disturb someone, especially since I have been there 5-6 times.

In all the details and nuances of the hotel you can feel that the management is making good efforts. The overall impression of the hotel is great. I really liked the presence of underground parking with an exit to the hotel lobby. Breakfast - great in variety, especially pleased with the machine for making mini-pancakes. The staff is great. Special thanks to the maid!

The TV was glued to the wall so that I could not use it to extend the disply of my laptop to it to work. The cover was not a regular one and more like a "sleeping bag" kind of cover there was no coffee in the room

AC in one the room was only on cold, (night was still cold) we had to turn it off, the other room was fine.

Good location - close to Ostbahnhof but quiet street, shop (REWE) around the corner. Some nice restaurants nearby. Parking is expensive but under the hotel.and easy to get to. Soft drinks in the room were complimentary and replenished every day. Rarity these days. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had reserved two rooms for us and they put us to twin room so we could interact directly Breakfast is good - everything is of a good standard.
