Very close to the airport. Nice size room. Shuttle was on time.

Its a little far from the airport and you have to pay 10€ for the shuttle bus there. The staff were a bit unfriendly and felt rushed. We booked a double room for two persons but the beds were apart. Tea and coffee is provided but its just little bags, and no milk in mini fridge.

Nice big room, and very clean. Good restaurant with delicious food at a very good price. Beds were comfortable.

Being a little disappointed with the airport view as requested , However as it turned out My stay was curtailed by the LH airline industrial action so only stayed for one night instead of the planned two( nothing to do with the hotel ) The hotel were more than happy to change my check in and check date.

The morning staff at the front desk was less helpful and a little inflexible in her approach to several of us customers.

Easy to find and use the shuttle service. Room is very comfortable and staff person who checked me in was very helpful. The restaurant personal and food also a positive surprise.

We live closeby, but very last minute decided to book this place on New Years eve (we checked in at 11pm) because our dog was extremely bothered by the fireworks. Great place to stay for NYE, when you have a dog that is afraid of fireworks. The rooms are very well sound proofed! Our dog settled down very quickly! Outside of the hotel you still hear the fireworks a little bit, but much quieter than anywhere else. Indoors not a thing can be heard. Room was comfortable, good bed and nice bathroom. Also great for eg. a long layover etc.

Please check while booking that you are reserving a double bed and not two separate beds. This led me to a slight uncomfortable stay. However, it was because I overlooked the details while booking. The temperature controller in the shower is very sensitive - to an extent that is was extremely difficult to find the right temperature. Slight change in the knob rotation either made the water too warm or too cold.

Clean room, friendly staff and delicious breakfast buffet. Direct Hotel shuttle service from Terminal 1 B5 to the hotel. If you land on terminal 2, simply take the airport shuttle to the terminal 1 and look for the right hotel bus.

Convenient for a nightstop due to a missed connection. The Shuttle was practical, but a little pricey! Room was ok and clean! Check in was possible via self check in machine

The bathroom was awkwardly small. The shower door was too close to the bathroom door and the shower itself was small.

It was an emergency booking due to my flight being delayed, however I did enjoy my stay. The room was great, no issues and it was close to the airport. I also liked that the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport.

I would’ve like to have had a reading or sitting chair in the room in addition to the desk chair. Bathroom windows need repairing so they can be closed and locked. Especially since the bathroom windows opened on to the balcony of the adjoining room. I did not like the fact that guests from the adjoining room were on the balcony talking outside the bathroom of my room. The noise level from the market below the window was a little annoying in the late evening.

Staff was awesome, helpful, polite and professional. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Location was good with shops and good cafes nearby. I especially enjoyed being able to walk from the hotel to all the places in Rome I wanted to visit. Plenty of bus stops for those who enjoy walking a little less. Highly recommend a visit to Ostia Antica, short train ride to get there. I would stay here again.

It’s an airport hotel but it’s 10 minutes away from the airport on the highway. Nevertheless, they charge €10 each way for the airport shuttle, which only runs to 10:40 which is ridiculous, consider how unreliable German trains are. My train was late so I ended up having to fight for a taxi (which cost 20 €)
