We liked everything but would have liked to have been supplied with free water in the second day. It seems that water was just available free the first day. It didn't really matter as we popped down to the station and bought a big bottle of water very cheaply.

We loved our room. The view was superb from room 408. The staff were very friendly , helpful and professional. Excellent location- right next to the railway station facing a very pleasant square. Very easy walking distance to old town and tourist destinations. Loved the free local travel card to go on the teams and buses- a real bonus .

The wi-fi wasn't really reliable for a business trip. My devices often got disconnected, and you had to go to certain parts of the room to get stronger signal. There wasn't any room service for if you want food to be delivered to your room.

The room is clean and quite comfortable. The location is very good. Close by the station and within walking distance to the city center. You get a free transport ticket so you can easily go further parts in town as well.

The proximity of the room to the station platform meant that the intercom announcing trains was noisy and a little irritating first thing in the morning.

Hotel is just outside railway station and close to bus station. Free public transport ticket to get you into the centre with very frequent tram service although it's not far to walk. Wide variety for breakfast. Although I did not eat diner there, a restaurant is available in the evening and had an attractive varied menu that looked reasonably priced. Spacious room.

I'd booked a double room, but was given a twin room. The TV is rather small, and the only English speaking channel is CNN whereas many hotels seem to have BBC World News. The bar and restaurant area was deserted and uninviting at 7:30pm.

As I had an early train out of town I wanted to stay close to the station. This hotel "does the job". However, it also delivers a reasonable standard of accommodation for the price - a clean, comfortable room with a decent shower.. With the station so close there are plenty of options for food and drink. The trams are also very handy, and you are given a ticket to use them to get around town - although most attractions are easily walkable from the hotel.

Bad value for the money. Sorry, never again.
