The pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable, even after putting both pillows together did not make it any comfortable. Definitely needs better pillows. The carpet in my room had stains everywhere. The room was very small also the bathroom.

The bar area is very nice.

The WC was not that crispy clean. That was a thumbs down.

Good price versus what you get (except for the WC) friendly staff and I got a public transport pass for the lenght of my stay to travel around Halle. They have a vendíng machine with a good selection of products on the 3rd floor. The bed was comfy. The hotel is near a mall and close to the tram.

I stay in Halle before in hotel with better standard for similar money. overall hotel interior, facilities and room comfort would be better. paid parking, not so good restaurant, average breakfest quality/food selection and small, not so comfortable rooms.

    Location, near a city centre.

Great hotel, friendly staff, one of the employees speaks Russian, which helped us a lot. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. I liked everything. Next prepare kebab (very tasty, inexpensive and a lot), pizzeria. Supermarket 5 minutes from the hotel.

Some of the receiptionists didn't know much English. The hotel is relatively far away from the centre and not in a nice bloc. All in all okay for Germans and short trips, not at all for foreigners, who will awkward and always reminded what extra needs to be paid, rather than welcomed or helped.

I found the breakfast price a bit to high (12,50 euros) particularly because there are not many other choices to have a morning meal outside the hotel. The buffet is good and more than sufficient but I would recommend to differentiate the prices according to the guests' requirements.

Despite the location quite anonymous and in a not really attractive part of the city, the hotel is simple and efficient, well served of facilities, information, and public transports. The rooms are again simple but absolutely functional to a very comfortable stay. Very comfortable bed, efficient wifi, very good bathroom, comfortable chairs and desk for working sessions. The hotel provides a card for the free access to public transports that facilitate at maximum the mobility and counteract the location far from the city centre.

Equipment and the overall impression of the hotel is a little bit dated, however it is refleted in the price.

The price was good and if you drive to your location you actually don't care about where the hotel is. Everything was clean.

The threadbare carpet was stained; the twin beds were uncomfortable; no coffee station in the room and the coffee in the lobby was horrible; no decorations on the walls; needed paint in the room and hallways; not at ALL what you would expect from a Wyndham Hotel. Will never stay there again, deeply disappointed upon arriving to see how rundown it was. Bad location.

Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Good option for travelers with dogs especially that you don't have to pay extra for pets. Very tasty and rich breakfast worth every penny. Helpful staff. Good value for money. If we will be travelling that direction we will definitely stay there again.

It's hard to find something to eat or a convenient shop near by. You need to go inside the city or one stop further.

The location of this hotel is good. It's very near to a bus and a tram station, especially the tram station is just a few walks form the front desk. And there is a night tram pass this hotel in late hours. Although, there are only few lines in the night time. They also give you a card that you can use all type of public transportations in Halle which means you don't have to pay extra money for a day ticket. Staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean enough.

pillows are not very good and the bed is small. Condition of the bathroom looks like soon need renovation, but everything was very clean.

Breakfast is very good, different options of bread, cake, toasts, fruits, ham. Location is good, in front we have a tram station and just a walk far from a shopping mall. To go to the downtown just take the tram, in 20 minutes you are in the city center.

The surrounding area is not very nice in Halle Neustadt.

Hotel is quiet, there is a good bed and you may get a free tram ticket. It is easy to get to the town.

The location is in a pretty awful part of Halle. Almost every high building or skyscraper seem to be within a few hundred yards of the hotel. One big building is just fifty yards away and it is up for sale and there seem to be some fire damage to the building. It would certainly never go back to this hotel.

The best thing was the friendliness of the staff.

My room (227) was directly beneath the fitness room, which was used way past the official closing time by a party of boxers, who were occupying the hotel for a tournament. Hardly any sleep due to this. If I had known this I would have stayed elsewhere!

Restaurant staff were helpful and reasonable. Internet speed. Comfy bed.

Well, the whole area is not what I imagined. Take care of your self, try to reach the hotel by bus/train or call first to receive a place in the underground parking lot. The carpet in the room was not something attractive. and €12,50 for breakfast was way too much.

Affordable option for business travellers. Quite peaceful.

The hotel has no a/c and it was 30C At 4pm saturday we were casually informed the dining room and bar were closed that night.though it was open for several parties .The hotel is not near other food outlets and we were told there was a snack machine on the 1st floor. No hot drinks or substantial food.We were paying guests for this service. There were several unhappy guests.!! We were not advised where we could go and at short notice. We are not young fit people to go out looking for places to eat. The hotel was better under the former owners.

We were able to see our grand children

Ask for a room in the back. We had a room at the front of the hotel and we had to keep our windows closed because of traffic noise (tram, cars).

There's nothing fancy or special worth mentioning. It's all there, it's clean and it works. A hotel to spend the night and then leave. Located in a residential area outside the city center.

The wifi is terrible, in the past it has been slow but on this visit it was a complete waste of time and impossible to work. Wifi is one of my top priorities when booking a hotel.... sorry but it needs to be sorted as we are all dependent upon it for business.

I have stayed at this hotel for ten years or more and come back every year on business, its my first choice in this area. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly, they always welcome you back and they are very genuine.

    No negative comments.

All room facilities are admirable, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in area which still reflects its former GDR location, but this is more than compensated by the provision of a free public transport pass for the duration of stay and the highly efficient tram service which makes the central station and the historic city centre only 10-15 minutes away. If you don't want the full buffet breakfast just ask for a coffee and it comes free of charge!
