Location at the hill, with picturesque views. Nice staff. Very good breakfast. Good parking place for bicycles under roof. Barefoot walking path in the backyard.

The restaurant that is 500 meters away was closed on the days we were there so you couldn't buy any food at the hotel you had to go to the village which is beautiful but after a day of sightseeing a bath and a wine it took a while to get dressed again to go to the village but it was worth the effort.

The room was lovely as was the hotel, the staff were great, the breakfast was really good. The bed was very comfortable, TVs good lots of channels, Wifi good. The location was out of the village but beautiful surroundings and garden.

A beautiful historic building in an attractive rural setting. A nearby restaurant walking distance from the hotel and linked to the hotel set on a cliff in the ruins of a castle with a fantastic view looking over the town Bad kreuznach and the river. Staff very professional , helpful and friendly. Food at hotel and restaurant excellent.

Not quite ready for us; needed to bring items for a two person room . Did so quickly when told.

Great walking area, easy to walk to city center; in vineyards.

We had very hot weather when staying at this hotel and found the rooms got quite stuffy without much chance to cool down during the night, which made for restless sleep, despite the comfortable beds. This is, of course, rather a subjective view as the weather was hardly normal for the time of year.

The staff was very forthcoming and helpful, we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were kitted out with a modern coffee machine and a choice of coffees. The breakfast rooms were nicely distributed downstairs which made it more cozy (as opposed to having one large room and thus a high sound level). The breakfast was very good, a large choice, as much coffe as one could drink. The location is simply fantastic and I wish we had had more time to explore!

View was not as described, and that's supposedly the main feature. pictures where taken from the restaurant that is 800m from the hotel. Rooms where from the 90s, light in the bathroom awful. Breakfast was served on the lowest level with view on a parking lot.

Friendly staff, quick check-in and out

Wi FI kept cutting out, bugs everywhere (I would post the picture of the quarter-sized bite that I received in bed one night but that's gross) in the hotel due to hot temps and no screens

    The staff was fantastic

Excellent quiet location, convenient parking and short walk to some lovely restaurants in town. The hotel has a good restaurant but was closed on Sunday's.

If you arrive by train you should take a cab. If not you must walk about a mile and up steep steps. The bus will not take you there either. It will drop you at the schlosspark and its straight up hill and actually a longer walk than from the train station. If you have a car then it is a great spot to get away from the city and there is ample parking. There is no view of the city from the hotel but a great view from the restaurant down the street.

Very nice hotel in quiet location. The staff was very good especially Abdul. He ran the front desk as well as bartended.

At the hotel the staff did not provide correct information how to get to the city center and also the information on the restaurant near by was not sufficient an even misleadind.

The location was excellent with a short walk to the city center. Good parking place. The restaurant near by had good food and nice scieneries. Unexperienced but very friendly staff.

The bathroom could do with an update.

A great location, private and by vineyards, yet close enough to the city to give the stay an extra zest. The restaurant associated with the hotel had excellent food and service along with a splendid views of the city. The breakfast was super.

The bathromm is extremely small, and not convenient for older people. Particularly annoying was, that upon arrival at about 19.00 and after a long drive there was no access to the restaurant because there was a private party as the (unfriendly) staff at the reception told us.

We had no bad experience but the restaurant was closed due to a wedding reception. We were disappointed not to be able to eat there but had a good meal in town at the Wolpertinger.

We liked the surrounding countryside and calm (goats, vines, trees). The centre of Bad Kreuznach is a few minutes drive away. The room was large and the bathroom very nice with plenty of room and a window. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming and served beer as well in the little bar! My husband does not have good mobility and we were given a room on the ground floor with a shower.

I was there on Monday so that there were not many customers at that moment. The hotel gave us a bigger room than that I booked in advance at the same price. In addition, the area where the hotel is located is very quiet. Breakfast was nice and sauna was so great.
