Would have liked a kettle in the room, and the TV channel choice was very basic and limited.

The hotel was perfectly located near the venue where we were seeing a concert, and also close to the nearby station. The girl on reception was helpful, spoke good English, and looked after our luggage on our last day.

The heater was on full power when we arrived and there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. We opened the windows and turned down the heater and when we came back late in the night it was fine :)

The lock in the door was broken, so I couldn’t lock the door for the night. The mattresses are very soft and a lot of noise comes from outside, so I didn’t sleep well. The floor in the room was quite dirty. In general it is visible that rooms have been shortly renovated but so cheap that it is already start falling apart.

There was a small kitchen inside of the room. Very interesting option, I have never seen something like that before. The stuff was very helpful and friendly.

The personnel was not very helpful or pleasant, but we didn't need to interact much.

The room was very quiet and well equiped, with a very modern wood bathroom that we really liked. The bed was really comfortable and overall our stay was quite pleasant. We got a lot of natural light and great views through the big windows.

I have stayed in this hotel around 5 different times, and each time I have requested a bathtub but never gotten a room with one. I have never been given the oppurtunity to upgrade either, The staff seems pretty careless and just does what is absolutely necessary-They do nothing to try to make your stay as good as possible. At check in they do not give any information about wifi password etc, or ask if you for example want to add breakfast to your booking.

I would've liked some different pillow options (in room). The "stool" is far too short to make working at the desk practical.

Housekeeping forgot our room for a day. Prices were high, probably because of the Berlin Marathon that took place in the same weekend.

The location is absolutely brilliant if you are staying in Friedrichshain and it's almost on the "border" to Kreuzberg.

Pillows could be better.

Very nice room with a clean bathroom. Value for money breakfast buffet. I'm surprised at other negative reviews as I have stayed at another hotel nearby, and this is definitely better. People comment on the noise but it is in a party area and if you stay at the weekend it will be noisy! I found that the white noise of the Dyson fan drowned any noise out effectively.

The hotel is on a busy crossing and thus noisy. The room is very basic, outdated and in dire need of modernization.

The location close to Warschauer Straße is ideal for young people. Friedrichshain is extremely fun and vibey.

The seal in our shower was broken so the bathroom would get soaked every time you would shower regardless of how many towels you put down. A couple of dust bunnies here and there.

Location was excellent, great hotel for getting around the city & great tram & train access. We opted for a superior room and were delighted we did so - recommend paying the extra €100 for the better room.

Quite noisy outside until the early hours of the morning as there seems to be some kind of public gathering place right in front of the hotel and people were playing heavy EDM music or being rowdy.

WE asked for the balcony, on the app, on the phone and to thé Rezeption and they Always told us that we will get it but at the end, we had No balcony. We choose this one just for it and at the end they Said they dont have any balcony but ITS Not true, the three rooms next to us Had IT.

Wish there were no doors after the elevator, make it hard to move with suitcases. Also it is a bit of pain going through shopping center to get to the hotel on the weekend, wish there were other ways to get to the hotel-station

Right on the central station. It is connected to the shopping center so it is very convenient. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. no complains for a business stay.
