Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

“I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back again!”

The distance to the city center is relatively far. The nearest metro station is about a 15–20 minute walk, followed by roughly 30 minutes on the metro. Travelers planning to explore only Munich should take this into consideration. The staff were very kind and helpful overall. However, during breakfast, a lady in a navy blue suit—who I believe may be the owner—created a slightly uncomfortable atmosphere by being overly attentive and even removing the egg holder from my table without asking. It would be better if guests were given a bit more personal space. and lastly, Parking fees could be more reasonable, especially since there is plenty of free space available on the street outside the hotel. Aside from this, everything else was excellent
The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. There was a refrigerator and a stove. The room was very clean. The bathroom was also very spacious. The surrounding area was already extremely quiet, and the sound insulation was excellent as well.

For further improvement, the breakfast could include more chicken options and gluten free options like rice & noodles. Washing machines and dryers with a token-operating system would also be more convenient than the large machines controlled by hotel management.
The host was warm and always ready with helpful information. The host even arranged for Tesla to drop us off at the airport, making our departure smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added convenience of daily housekeeping — even the utensils were cleaned, which made the stay truly pleasant.

We stayed in the Executive Suite and it really was lovely. We had everything that we needed, and the links into Central Munich were very easy and very simple. It was a 10-minute walk to the tube station. Breakfast was out of this world it was fantastic. There were so many choices, and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommended.

Restaurant is a little small

The only downside this time was that our stay was too short - next time we definitely want to stay longer.
We have already stayed at this hotel three times, and every time it feels just like home. Everything is very clean, cozy, and truly on the highest level. Whenever we are in Munich, we choose only this place. Many thanks to the owners for such quality and their warm attitude towards people.

The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness. The reception staff are excellent, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast is limited (no variety of options). The place is quiet. Parking is available (€7 per night). I recommend it if you prefer peace and being away from the city center. The hotel is about 30 minutes by car from the city center. It is about 45 minutes by metro, with the nearest metro station around 300 meters from the hotel. I booked a Deluxe Apartment with Balcony, which includes a small kitchenette, sink, and microwave. It does not have an iron or a washing machine. (The room is spacious and suitable.)

There is only one thing that can be said negative about this place. The parking is a bit tight, especially for a large van. This is not completely unexpected however as many places in this part of Europe don't have large ample parking for hotels.
The customer service was EXCELLENT and we even got suggestions on where to eat which turned out to be fantastic! The actual rooms were well appointed and great in size. All of the amenities worked as described. This place has a dishwasher and small stove for use! The beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!! Breakfast was GREAT and the customer service there was superb. The location is fantastic.

Nothing really, there isn't much to do in the area but we were looking for something close to the highway and not in the city centre so it was perfect for us.
The room was very nice, clean, comfortable with lots of space. The kitchen has everything you need and more (Coffee, tea, a dishwasher etc.). But the best was the comfortable bed and how quiet the room was. Never slept so good in a hotel.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.
The hotel was outstanding. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about the guests. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location was also very convenient.
