Safe in my room isn't working, but I could use it on reception. Breakfast was very expensive, so I found a bakery at 5 min by foot. Room needs some refreshments, everything is good, but you could feel its age.

Perfect locations in the center of Berlin. You could reach Museum Insel and Unter der Linder street by foot. A lot of tasty restaurants nearby. Room was good, has a lot of space, and well equipped. Bathroom is included bidet. You get a two bottle of bier and mineral water everyday. Also tea kettle included.

Fantastic location! Just an 8-minute stroll to Berliner Dom and other attractions. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is impeccable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly.

The pillows were too soft so I had to use the cushion of the sofa to have better support for my neck and head.

It’s really well located, the room was very spacious and they even let us beer and water free of charge everyday. Place is super clean, reception is nice. Overall the hotel is really good and for a great price.

I found the breakfast area really noisy and busy. The staff were sometimes abrupt for no reason.

The sauna was lovely. The bedroom size was good, the bed was comfortable but not the most comfortable.

Soundproofing not good. You can here every move of your neighbours and even noise from the lobby

The previous guest had left the safe locked and there was nobody to reconfigure it over the weekend.

One of the night staff was rather arrogant. Cleaning wasn't up to scratch, dusting needs to improve. Had to put towels on the floor to be changed, but no notice to that effect on display like in other hotels, so one would assume they would be changed after a few days? The same for the sheets, had to ask on 5th day.

They charged me twice as a "mistake" for not getting the information right from booking. The money was returned in 4 days, not their fault. But imagine the stress of being charged twice for a 7 nights stay.

The hotel is a bit "vintage". The bathroom sink was made of plastic, the pillows disappeared when you put your head on them and (considering that we took the room for three people) when the light was turned off, the power was cut off where the single bed was, thus it wasn't possible to charge the phone.

The hotel is in the center of the city thus it is very easy to get around. Clean and stocked with everything you need (from the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the ironing station).

Hotel is loceted at the edge of the museums peninsula. I could easily access to there and Alexanderplatz. U banh stop is very close as well. If you want to have a walk through Kreuzberg, you can go easily. Room was a bit old but all was functional. Easy check-in & out.

Very nice hotel, we got a double bed room and it was spacious with storage options. The hotel was easy to reach as there is a metro very close. Also hotel is walking distance to the museum island. Sauna rooms are open from 15:00 to 22:00. Complimentary bottle of Berliner was a nice touch.

Well, the bathroom facilities, no matter how clean and tidy, are getting on in years and some of the plastic parts have visible cracks that cannot be repaired. In fact, I am a little worried that the owners will take the easy way out and renovate the rooms to the most modern standards, as there is a great risk that the exceptional flair will be lost.

Fantastic location. Excellent hotel with staff both friendly and efficient, very quiet and very clean. Did not have time to try the gym etc but will do so next time. Did not take the hotel breakfast and do not regret this: the bakery around the corner next to the subway station has surpassed all expectations.

A very good hotel, it was a pleasant surprise!. Friendly staff, the interior of the hotel has a very pleasant appearance, large and bright rooms, reasonably sized beds (the mattress is a bit soft for my taste), very good pillows, 2 beers and 2 bottles of water courtesy of the house. Good breakfast 19 euros separately. Hotel located in the immediate vicinity of the metro station and close to the Nikolaiviertel tourist area where you will find restaurants and bars in a typical (reconstructed) or modern atmosphere and with local but also cosmopolitan cuisine. I recommend the roof bar at the ONE hotel, which was very OK. Also not to be missed is the show at Friederichstaadtpalast. I traveled in the city and from/to the airport with Bold (30 euro airport transfer for 4 people and 6/10 euro in the city)

Small TV with limited international channels, esp. for films or TV shows. The bathroom is spacious but it kept flooding when I showered.

Good location. The room has a mini fridge and a kettle. The bed is comfy in enough but a bit soft and saggy. No carpet in rooms. Basic, clean gym and nice sauna. Laundry room with washing machines and ironing. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves delicious food.
