parking lot is very small

the staff is friendly, they offered breakfast, they brought me to the room, the room turned out to be spacious, the windows were wonderful, the shower, slippers. Breakfast is good, breakfast waiter is attentive.

Very bad communication. After arrival (very late) my husband asked how can we pay. They said, don't worry, we've got your details. Later in the week we have been informed by their staff that they could not take the money out from our bank account. We have tried to contact booking.com and other ways to sort out the payment, however, the payment was denied for some reason. My husband called our bank for help. They advised to contact Booking.com again!!!!!! After spending plenty of time with the problem they acted very upset and aggressive towards us. They threatened us with contacting the police if we won't pay their fee. This was very rude and unfair. If they would be in the same situation then they would realize how easy is to be the "BAD GUY" . Be patient and understanding next time. Regards, Andras

338 euros for 2 nights for 1 person in a small room, with a small bathroom, without breakfast that is not oké. The bathroom was rather small and after showering the bathroom looked more like a swimming pool.

Excellent location to stay for work trip , quiet place , nice decorated and very clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly and helpfull . Good selection of refreshments , they have many varieties for breakfast with very good coffee. The dinner is amazing . I enjoy my stay , thank you !!!

It took us almost 1 hour to get into the hotel upon arrival. We marked a late arrival in advance. I also pointed I speak english. A german note with incomprehensible instructions for a non german speaker was sent hours before arrival. I managed to find a key in the lockbox, but we had to wake up guests to help us get in. The emergency number the hotel provided to call in need of assistance was not reachable. We heard the phone ring inside, but nobody took it. what is the point of providing an emergency number if one doesn’t plan to pick up. The experience of arriving late and then having to puzzle our way was very bad. And in the morning this message was poorly received nor understood by the staff.

The stairs to the room was not safe, part of hand rail was broken. We did not feel welcome and the staff were not friendly.

Stairs. Traveling with the elderly- keep in mind stairs required for getting to the rooms but only 1 floor.

The room was clean, quiet and the bed was really comfortable. The hosts were very kind and the dinner was excellent in the Hotel’s restaurant. Good for short and for longer stay as well. We would go back anytime!
