A gem of a hotel located in a village in a beautiful hilly area. Very quiet, the cleanliness and freshness of the room is perfect. The breakfast is also very good. I think people who have stayed here will feel the same.

What would I improve ??? I am sorry, I cannot think of anything. It's just perfect as it is

Every time my wife and I have to drive across Germany, we always stop at this Hotel. Everything is just perfect. Starting with the Check In. You simply can arrive whenever and you simply open the front door (which is unlocked) and there, at the reception, you will find an envelope with your name written on it and your key inside. This means that a couple of minutes after parking your car you can start relaxing inside your room. --Rooms are very spacious --Good wi-fi connection --A desk where to put your laptop if you have some work to finish --Two confortable armchairs from where to watch television --A Kettle with some Teas and Coffe --A bottle of Mineral Water --Confortable bed --Off street Parking (free of charge) --Heavy Curtains with which you can make it as dark as you like --Powerful Shower that helps to wake up --Very clean throughout --Wonderful breakfast --The silence all around is simply unbelievable Incredible good value for money. In addition to all of the above, 200 meters away from the Hotel there is this lovely Bistro (It's closed on Thursday) Great food and if you want an extra drink you can go for it knowing that you will just have to walk back to the Hotel.

If you want a supermodern hotel maybe this is not the place for you. If you want friendly atmoshpere, clean and big rooms, go for it.

The hotel is a family business, they have given a lot of attention and love to the facility. It was very clean and taken care of. The rooms are huge, something that is very rare to find these days. Breakfast was personalised, included lots of options and was very nice. Jams were home made and delicious. The view of the countryside was lovely and quiet. Location was very convenient.

This is a little gem of a hotel. I can't comment on the location as far as sight seeing etc, as we stayed to break a longer journey. But for an overnight stay, this hotel was terrific. The parking is on site. We arrived late and the key was left in the lobby for us. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean the beds are comfy, the shower was hot with good water pressure, there was a mini fridge with tea/coffee making facilities and the view over the garden was lovely. The breakfast was excellent - Fruit, Yoghurt, selection of dried fruits and nuts, breads, cold meats and cheese, pastries and eggs cooked to order. The staff were friendly and efficient. We've been travelling for 6 months and this was the best value for money hotel in this price range that we've stayed in. Highly recommended!

Quiet village location but not far from the motorway, a generously sized and very comfortable room, excellent breakfast, a very pleasant and friendly owner, and a very good Italian restaurant just 3 mins walk away.

The extra bed for our kid was a bit hard.

The breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices, fresh fruit, you could order eggs the way you like them, different types of bread AND a very friendly lady serving breakfast.

Beautiful location and a lovely hotel, that is very clean and beautiful both in the common areas and in the room. Wifi great, garden beautiful, breakfast absolutely superb, with a variety of breads and rolls, meat plates, fruit and eggs cooked as you would like. It couldn't have been better. Ganz wunderbar.

Nothing to dislike. The village had some kind of festival & there were street parties in the early evening. All very friendly. The one 'pub' in the village was very busy but welcomed us & found us a place to have an evening meal.

Probably the only negative bit was that my room was on the 1st floor, facing a very nice garden where some visitors went to smoke so leaving the window open during the evening was risky. I left it open during night and there were no problems. The breakfast was very good, but not excellent. Mostly cold meat cuts, cheese, cereals and some nice jams. I was in a rush so I didn't check about cooked food like fried eggs but they were not served by default.

I can't speak for the location, for my travels it was ideal. There's a nice Italian Bistro nearby. The room was huge, I expected a shoebox style hotel, but everything was very clean, modern and comfy. There's a communal library in case you want to read some books. Ample on-site parking. Very close to the motorway but even with open windows there was no noise.

the bed had a big mattress in which you were able to see a dent in the middle of people sleeping in it - I assume I had bad luck about the room and an old bed

There was an empty beer bottle and cigarette stubbs left from the previous occupants on the decking outside.

The breakfast was excellent and the whole hotel was very good value for money.
