No omelet in the breakfast, but we liked the breakfast so much and everything was great.

The hotel was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. it was near the Train station and the river, the breakfast was very good. they allow us early check-in for free. our stay was wonderful.

Sometimes difficult to get extra towels etc. Many homeless/drugs nearby. A little dangerous near HBF.

Lobby staff were very nice. Some of the bar staff were nice. Helpful when needed assistance. Amazing breakfast.

Staff were not helpful. The phone in the room did not work, so no room service was available. When we told them, they did nothing about it. Disappointed.

Clean room, good view of the city. They offered a free welcome drink and ice cream.

For a double room they only put one small bottle of water instead of two, and that is not enough for two people.

The hotel was nice and clean and close to the train station. Staff were nice and welcoming. They even accepted to keep my luggage for the day after i checked out while i discover the city since my train back home was late in the evening. Will definitely go back again.

We booked a day earlier so that we could check in on the morning we arrived. Reception is not aware and had to ask if we have informed them. It was already indicated in the booking form and I had to point that out to them. The two rooms requested to be close to each other was not made possible. My single sister had to stay on 2nd floor on her own while I was on 4th floor. Poor planning. Reception is not friendly

The location while close to central rail station, which is a rough area, and has to stay alert at all time while walking from station to hotel, especially at night time.

I stayed at the new wing. Room size is rather small but good enough for one night. The room is clean, and welll maintained. Location could be good if you want to stay close to frankfurt rail station.

Unfortunately, the reception is understaffed and seemed undertrained too, so the service is slow and time-consuming. No bell boy to help you with your luggage or taxi, you have to wait in a queue to the reception for that. It's not OK for 5* hotel.

Very comfortable beds. Tasty breakfasts and Illy coffee (you get a voucher for a free coffee during your stay). Very good location in the city center. I also liked the rain shower in the bathroom a lot. Special thanks to Ms Monika Patyna who helped to solve my issue at the reception. It's not our first and for sure not the last stay at this hotel.

The room assigned to us was one of the interconnecting rooms. You can hear everything from the other side of the room. Was disturbed from our sleep early in the morning.

I had booked the second best category of room in the hotel. But when I entered, the room was so smelly, that they had to assign another one immediately. That also had a heavy air of suffocation and less of a foul smell , as if it wasn't used for quite sometime. I had to keep the windows ajar for the rest of the day to have some fresh air. The amenities in the room of that level and cost wasn't up to the international standards or Marriott group. Virtually nothing in the toilet except a soap, toilet rolls, and towels. No tooth brush, paste, shaving set, cotton buds, etc....etc....that you usually find in 3 star hotel even. I requested cotton buds and a comb and they promptly delivered but.

The location is great if you need to travel by train. Is 5 minutes or lesser to walk from hotel to train station. Also easy to walk to city centre, about 20 minutes slow walk. I experienced the emergency evacuation at night. And the staff with their neon vest which easy to be recognized and manage the situation well.

I was kept awake all night by people partying at an outside kiosk cum bar on the Friday I arrived. Worst still, the cleaner knocked on my door at 09:00 to clean my room and woke me up just as I’d nodded off. The same person knocked on my door again 7 hours later when I was going to take a quick nap. He then cleaned whilst I stood by the window. I was not happy about that because it was thoughtless

1. The toilet of junior suite was too small. We were upgraded to this as AC wasnt functioning in our previous room and we had a rough night. 2. We ordered inroom dinner and after 45min we were told the order was forgotten. Had to wait another half hour. Unacceptable .

1. Location. Though neighbourhood was unclean. 2. Excellent breakfast 3. Comfortable room- large premium, junior suite of palais wing. 4. Courteous and helpful staff. Christop on front desk was great .
