Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very friendly staff at the reception desk, easy parking in the hotel's parking garage, modern and spacious room, excellent breakfast. The hotel is located within walking distance (15-20m walk) from the city center but also has public transport options right in front.

The hotel room was a good size and had everything you need at your fingertips (including an iron). It's in a great location, a few tramstops to Old town. The parking is well priced and straight forward.

Everything was OK for us.
The hotel is very clean and the room was well equipped and big enough and comfortable. We spent one night here as a stopover on a trip. There is parking at the hotel (12€ per night = ok for us). The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very rich, many types of food and drinks. Although the hotel is located next to the main road, the room was beautifully quiet. The hotel is right next to a tram stop, which allows you to use the city transport without any hassle.

Although the breakfast food quality was good, the area was crowded and the table layout was not appropriate, with narrow paths to be walked through. In addition to that, the weekend rate is twice the normal rate. I find this variation excessive.

You have to pay for parking (I knew that). However, it is in a safe parking garage right beneath the hotel so worth it.
Great hotel, very good food and clean, modern, big rooms with a fridge. There is nothing else we could wish for during our one-night stay on the way to Slovenia. Would definitely recommend.

Please make the breakfast room a little larger, or at least rearrange furniture so that there are no bottlenecks where people have to wait for each other. There is sufficient food for all, you just need to reach it.
Breakfast selections are superb. The bar was really nice, too. Clean room and modern bathroom. Well accessible right across the street from a tram station with two lines. City center almost in walking distance. We got free parking for a little wait during check-in, thanks!

Underground parking exit. You have to stop on the very steep slop to wait until the gate is open. As not the most experienced driver, I've experienced quite a stress.
Generally nice hotel. Stylish and with new facilities. Close to the tram stop, so easy access to the city centre.

Hotel look very new and the rooms aare very clean. I travelled there by car and there is an underground parking space for 12 euros per day. I recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Augsburg.

It got a but noisy from 8:30 a.m. on and the pillows were uncomfortable.
Good bathroom size and quiet AC! The mattress was quite comfortable as well.
