The facilities are not greatly maintained, and the cleaning staff could do a better job of cleaning and properly changing towels. The staff at the bar is not always friendly.

The hotel location is very convenient, mainly if you have a car. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. The parking garage is good, although many guests parked the cars unproperly, "blocking" 2 spaces instead of only 1. The room are spacious.

The room was in a bad shape. It was cleaned, but the carpet on the floor had a lot of stains, the floor boards under the carpet were also broken and wobly in some places. The shower tiles were old and pretty dirty, there was minor mold in the shower. The hotel is showing it's age, don't expect new spotless rooms.

The hotel location is great for going to the Olympic park, which we loved. The lobby is small but comfortable and gives a good vibe. The staff was really nice and was willing to help us out with all the requests, even at night.

Our room was called Superior room,and it was on 6th floor and it seems it was like ,,attic,,room and I can’t say that the room was enough for 3persons (2adults/1child).It was my mistake that I didn’t investigate all details about the room.But staff was friendly and they want to give us Junior room,but unfortunately they were overbooked.

You will need a transport pass as there aren’t many major attractions close by and we couldn’t find good places to eat near the hotel.

Although well connected with tram to the center, the area doesn't have a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. But then again, those are just some tram stops away.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, good airco. Slept well there. Decent breakfast. I will mark this hotel as a favorite.

Only minor points, but the towels were quite worn out and the hair dryer was a bit aged (but did its job).

The hotel is located at the quite busy Dachauer Straße and can be reached easily from the main train station or the Karlsplatz by public transport (Tram lines 20 or 21 to Leonrodplatz followed by a short walk of less than 5 min). Staff was very friendly. Our air-conditioned room was facing the Dachauer Straße but was fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in buffet style with a large choice of foods, including scrambled egg, bacon and meatballs. By opting out of the room service for two nights we received vouchers for the hotel bar. There was a free bottle of water and a cereal bar in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location - just a tram ride away from the centre. We had a huge room on the top floor with great views of the city. Plenty of choices for the buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel lays on a very busy road, if you don't like the sounds of busy traffic and public transport then I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We liked the location near the olympia park, the Tollwood festival was fun to visit and the walk to BMW welt was nice. The room was large and comfortable.

The location worked for me, but some people would prefer to stay closer to.in the Old Town.

A very nice hotel, very clean, 20 min by tram from the train station. Works well if you want to stay a bit further away from the main square and the old town. There are nice cafes and restaurants in the area. It's not very far fom Nymphenburg, if you want to visit it.

Breakfast - Limited in scope, mainly aimed at meat eaters, little choice apart from over cooked scrambled egg for vegetarians. Expensive as well at €18.00/person. Coffee facilities was limited in room, two pods was a little stingy and there was none supplied on the day we left. Milk would be preferable to powdered sachets, which again were in short supply.

Position was excellent for our needs, close to Olypic park etc. Rppm was clean apart from some marks on the carpet, but otherwise in good order.

In previous stays I had a room where the bathroom was so small that you could not sit properly on the toilet. You basically had to sit sideways and put your legs outside the room. Make sure to complain if you get such a room and ask for another, so they learn.

The room came with a protected balcony to the back of the hotel where it was calm and green. The balcony had a table and a chair to chill. The breakfast had a good variety of yogurts, fruit mixes, and pastries. Tram station is close by. You can make it to the central train station in 15 minutes.

I hired a double room, they are 2 beds joined together, one of the beds moves a lot and it mattress is not that comfortable. Otherwise all is good.. love Leonardo hotels
