Clean convenient apartment hotel for a group of 4. Checkin process seems bit tedious, but it was practical and felt safer than many other online hotel checkin systems.

The inane and long winded check-in procedure before even arriving. Uploading id's, selfie picture...if I could drop 1 1/2 stars I would. The apartment fabulous, the check-in procedure and absolute pain.

Everything..the apartments location, 10 mins walking from station, restaurants bars and cafes nearby. The apartment was fully equipped, fridge microwave, two burner hotplate, dishwasher, coffee machine. Fabulous shower bathroom, comfortable bed.

The check-in time is a little late. Not very easy to find it on the street since there is no sign out of the building that tells the name of it.

It’s very close to the train station, there are good shops around, for food, shopping, eating. The bed is very nice, I like it. The room is not big, but it’s organized with good design.

It's a digital hotel, so there's no staff. There was a slight clogged in the shower and I didn't find an option to communicate it.

The information was clearly communicated online. It's like a tiny apartment, which is suitable for business trips. There was space, clean room, privacy and everything one can wish for an end of a working day.

Did not have WiFi during our stay, which made things difficult. Curtains would not stay up due to crack in mounting frame. Loud delivery overnight (noisy if you have windows open). Garbage in stairwell. Took hr to hear back from staff regarding issue initially.

The only thing I would suggest is fitting aircon rather than a fan as having the windows open you could hear the church bells from early. But this wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

The location was amazing. The apartment was compact but had everything you needed. It was clean and the bathroom and shower were lovely.

Good location, a few minutes walk from the train/bus station. Easy access to the building/room. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

no air conditioner, room was a bit small but okay, noise for other rooms and outside, and the view from the window is not wow, we also had the smell from bathroom like some cat pissed there.. i guess it was from the ventilation. and the last thing i expected - they fined us 5️⃣0️⃣€ for messy room (dirty dishes and little mess) like i guess it is not actually fair and it’s just not right thing. like these was weird for me. apologies from us if the room was actually messy but we didn’t ruin or break something, just dirty dishes…🙄 anyway, besides this staying there was good.

the apartment is good, clean and comfortable. we enjoyed staying there. tv works great. the bed is really big and comfortable. really close to bahnhof. we were pleased that they left some tea, sugar and coffee cream. and it was a good value for money. (unless they find us, read there 👇🏻)

The place is generally very nice, but there's clearly still some teething issues to be ironed out. The main problem was that the shower in my room didn't drain and therefore flooded. Isn't the kind of thing you want to be dealing with on a business trip. On top of this the dishwasher hadn't been emptied by the cleaners and there were no hangers for clothes, despite there being a wardrobe. That said, when I contacted the support they were always very polite and helpful. They moved me to another room for the second night and provided hangers.

Property is very clean and comfortable. Is also well located in the centre of Essen. Despite the few hiccups I mentioned in the "didn't like" section, I would book again.

The smell on the hallway, the carpet was dirty and had a horrible smell, it was not cleaned. The toilet paper was insuficient, we had to buy some the next day we arrived.
