The wasps and no air conditioning (we're from the UK so not used to the heat!)

The location was great Our room overlooked the river Rhien with a very small balcony our room was lovely with a nice comfortable sofa to relax on the bed was comfortable too. Ree's was a lovely place although very quiet there were lots of lovely walks and little shops and bakeries We reserved parking for our motorcycle which was a bonus if we return we would opt for an apartment as we struggled to find somewhere to eat on a Friday night!

The only issue is staying in Rees without a car or bike. It was holiday time, so all the bikes were gone. The village is nice, but travelling to other places is based on getting public transport. Buses are a hit and miss in Rees, so keep that in mind. It's not something the accommodation can help with, but just a good thing to know.

It's a wonderful place to stay, with an amazing staff. I was there way too early, and they didn't mind helping out. They were friendly and helpful. My stay was great, and I would recommend staying here.

It’s just a beautiful little city and this hotel is right on one of the prettiest little streets just a minute or less walk out to the Rhein River.

Our room was perfect with great veiws directly on to the Rhine - you can watch the ships passing from your bed or from the balcony and terrace. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also had the optional breakfast on our first morning at the hotel and it was fabulous - but perhaps a bit pricey? Our room was in an annex 50metres along a small lane from the main hotel reception and breakfast room - but the location was perfect.

There was nothing to dislike about this property apart from the church bells ringing at 7.00 AM, but that was not the hotels fault.

Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of fresh items cooked to your liking. Staff were very helpful and attentive especially at breakfast. The room was modern, clean and well equipped with kettle and coffee machine etc. Bathroom was excellent and very clean. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linen. Room was spacious with view over courtyard and river can also be seen.

Travelled with partner and son and asked for our rooms to be close together . My son was in a different house along the street as he was in a single room. Would have been nice if we had been informed of this before arriving.

Beautiful little hotel, fantastic breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room. Just off the town centre and next to the Rhine. Will definitely stay there again.

No refrigerator in the room, although there is a cabinet with the door which looks just like a fridge should be behind it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I couldn’t eat anything on breakfast manu because I am a competing bodybuilder. I bought all my food in a nearby grocery store. Their coffee is amazing though and by the day #2 I decided to try and ask for egg white omelette, which the attending lady gladly pass on to the cook and it was made for me and I had a great breakfast off their menu 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A lovely hotel, but please be aware that only one bedroom has a view of the Rhine. There are no views from anywhere else in the hotel, including the courtyard.
