2 minor issues. One outlet on only one side of the bed. We needed to connect our personal outlet extender to access and use an outlet hidden behind the bedside table on the other side. Not sure there was a demoisturizing fan in the bathroom. Mirror remained fogged after showering until door was opened and room air conditioning cleared it up.

Very friendly helpful clerk when we checked in close to midnight. He set us up with parking and rail passes. That was our only interaction with reception during our stay. Very comfortable bed and room furniture. Fantastic hi-tech shower. Lots of counter space. Wonderful breakfast. Easy access to downtown sites and shops, and bus/rail lines.

Room was a long walk from the lobby and elevators were confusing. The bed was two smaller beds pushed together, and the sheets didn't stay on very well.

We booked this hotel at short notice when our plans to travel to Eastern Europe by rail fell apart as the result of serious flooding. We wanted somewhere quiet and comfortable in which to gather our thoughts and rework a two-week itinerary from scratch. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel is quiet even when busy and we were able to relax after a stressful experience. Breakfast is superb; a wide variety of options with attentive and efficient service.

Having booked a twin we were initially allocated a double. To be fair this was resolved very promptly and courteously. The hotel is split over 2 buildings linked by an underground passage (albeit very nicely decorated). We were in the "other" building and it was quite a walk to get back to reception/ bar / facilities. Towels and linens - although clean and ironed - were not of a very high quality. The Wi-Fi service was terrible: unavailable in our room (in the "other building") much of the time and when working it was very, very slow. For a "business" hotel this was very disappointing.

As it was reasonably hot the A/C did not work in our room and doesn’t appear to be on within the hotel, staff didn’t really care when we spoke to them in reception. We left the window open which helped during our stay..

The breakfast is rather expensive and the hotel seems to be under renovations as the ceiling on our floor seemed like it was being fixed. This however did not have major impact on our stay.

The hotel is really big and clean. The staff were friendly and our beds were comfortable. It's a short walk to the train station.

The pool is small and can get quite noisy, but it's still a great perk to have when it's 32 degrees outside.

The breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were spacious and spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel’s location is conveniently close to the city center.

The location is very good and the neighborhood is calm, it's easy to get from the airport via the U6 train to Berliner Platz station. Also Penny and Rewe markets are very close just in case :) The room was very very well cleaned with all the necessary facilities included. The pool was not that big but very clean and not too crowded, also there was a sauna which also was good.

A part of the hotel where we were doesn't have staircase. So, you have to use elevators. For amount of guests that the hotel has, there is not enough elevators and they are very slow. Breakfast was good, with a lot of options, but a bit overprices (we pid 20 eur per person).

We booked into one of the mini suite because we traveled as a family. And the size of the rooms were large enough. Size of the bathroom was also large. Location wise, it is a short walk to the centre of Stuttgart and there’s options as well for those using public transports.
