Configuration of doors in the room was impractical - bathroom needs a sliding door. Area round the hotel is convenient but not pleasant

Sauna ( 5 euros for 10 minutes in a lukewarm sauna 🥺😕 Breakfast which wasn’t cheap but excellent quality.

Area around hotel lots of homeless people begging- not hotels fault and not having a go at homeless or beggars it was just was uncomfortable to walk around there alone but safety didn’t seem an issue

Would be better if reception staff speaks understands well in English. It would be better to place the bottles of water in the room just before the check-in rather than to hand it to the guests who has to carry the luggage, pushchair if travelling with kids and bags. Additionally, it is a very good practice to have rooms equipped with small kettles.

The hotel is just few minutes walk away from the Central Station which made our journey easy and reachable to our planned destinations from Munich. Our room was spacious, organised and very clean. However there was no kettle in the room. We needed it to prepare milk for my little son. However we have been provided with one small kettle for the duration of our stay for the exchange of 30 EUR deposit ( returned upon check-out). Unfortunately, the staff is not speaking very well in English.

A block around the hotel was very dirty and there were many homeless and sometimes drunk people around. We never had problems with them, but it wasn't a pleasant sight.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was good and everything worked great. It is very close to the main train station which makes it very easy to get around the city.

No kettle in room. We had a baby, and needed hot water for milk. The bar/ restaurant did provide us with hot water when needed, though. The area around the hotel can get busy, and some undesirable people around. Being close to the Central station, this is to be expected. This is not the fault of the hotel, and didn't impact my hotel experience, so doesn't affect my score.

Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Cleaned every day, and had plenty of soap/shower gel etc. Staff helpful , pleasant and friendly. Knew it was my birthday and left a birthday cakein my room. We requested rooms to be close, and they were adjoining rooms, which was fantastic. Also requested a cot, and was provided with a nice cot and all bedding, which was wonderful. Close to Central station/U-Bahn and tram stops, so excellent for getting around the city. Pool and Sauna excellent and exceptionally clean.

Perhaps it’s a cultural thing but it would’ve been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also, a few more English speaking channels on the tv?

Proximity to the central railway station and to the centre of Munich in general. Breakfast was fantastic with many different options.
