As good as the location was, the surrounding area seems to have a lot of anti-social behaviour. This is something to bare in mind, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are alone or have children on that reason alone. That is outside the hotel's control, however. Another incident that occurred - me and my partner went down for breakfast. We were almost immediately questioned about which room we were in by one of the staff, and the rest of the staff in the room watched us as we ate. This left us feeling rather unwelcome and we left fairly quickly. We resolved not to go back down for breakfast for the remainder of our stay.

I really appreciated the location. Next to a 24 hour kiosk and a tram to the city, really great for a small group of friends from Wales on Holiday for Christmas. We also requested our rooms to be close by, and the hotel staff did a great job supporting us with keeping us nearby. They were also generally very friendly and supportive - for example, we needed to extend our stay by one night as our flight back to Cardiff was delayed. The clerk on desk advised us of our options and was generally very good-humoured and kind hearted. We overall felt very supported, which was great considering the price around this time.

There was a problem with the hot water. For two people to use shower, hot water was out quickly but it was fixed after we asked them! They were very very helpful! Only problem was water was leaking from the bathroom to the corridor and made a huge pool on the carpet. We couldn’t figure out how water was even getting there… it then created really bad smell in the room which was very uncomfortable.

Beds were comfortable and easy to get to the location. Room generally was clean and stuff and manager were really great!

A boiler in the room?!. Come on....The lobby is a nightmare; no functionality, not attractive. The corridors really, really, really need a refurb. Apart from the rooms, this hotel needs an urgent refurb. And get those silly boilers out of the rooms!

A ridiculously long waiting time to check-in. Few and very slow employees at the reception, manual check-in process. Light in the bedroom didn't work (only in the hallway and the bathroom). Lack of elevators, so extremely long waiting time to use it in the morning - I chose to carry my suitcase by stairs to save time.

Location: relative proximity to Messe Frankfurt where I attended an event, high proximity to the Sbahn - easy to get to the center of Frankfurt. Relatively good price/quality ratio for the time of the big Fair that I attended. It was warm in winter.

Unfortunately, the basement had flooded during a recent storm, so the sauna and fitness center were not available.

It is placed closed to railways and some of the rooms are facing the railway tracks. There is noise and vibrations all day and night.

We don't know how to turn on the TV with English program

Near central train station,very close to bus stop, tram and train station, Nice staff. Room good for what we paid,they'd a welcoming cooffe/tea/fruit in the reception. Restaurant and supermarket near by. I will recommen to budget travelers .We stayed 3night at the start of our Germany sighting and come back for 3 nights at near end of our trip
