Air conditioning was a disaster. It is an old system and was not cleaned for decades. And this system is loud when operating! I’ve got a room near the elevator shaft but it’s not that noisy.

It’s near the old town and you can reach anything in reasonable time. Breakfast was also good.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel - rather a standard 3-star. Beds not much comfortable. Weird arrangements with bed lights that are not separable from the hall/bathroom lights. Only one outlet available for charging - the outlets by the beds switch off with the lights. No kettle and tea/coffee in the room. It was not possible to add breakfast to room charges after the reservation has been made through booking.com

Great location, close to railway station and inner city. Nice breakfast, nice hotel bar.

The bed is strangely prepared. The duvet is just place on top of the bed and you need to make the bed yourself. Moreover, there is no Coffee in the room, even if it is a business hotel. However, most of all, the price to pay the car is 20€ per day. Really too much for just a parking considering that they have a lot of them and it is not an exclusive thing for which you migh be able to justify a premium price.

The hotel has a great location. Room is big and spacious.

I had booked a triple room, yet I got messages through the app suggesting that I upgrade from a double room to a triple room because I had a small child. I informed the staff that I had already got a triple room booked. Then a week or so later I got again the same request and had an identical conversation, so much so, that I had to ask if I was talking to a bot. The bot/staff denied it. I on three occasions requested a cot in my room, and had a positive response but of course there was no cot in my room. I eventually gave up and did without it.

Breakfast was good and quite complete with different options. My daughters enjoyed it. Staff at reception were nice and the lobby area was spacious. Very nice view of the river "Havel" and Potsdam city from the top floors.

The restaurant is opening at 7pm and the prices are a little bit too high. The staff during the breakfast is too quick in clearing the crockery.

Very nice and light rooms. Much space even in a standard double bed room. The breakfast was also good.

Facilities were a bit limited. No bar and messages to staff did not get relayed. My husband turned up and although I was assured they would give him a room key he was not allowed in or allowed to use the toilet. He had to wait a couple of hours for my return.

In my opinion, if we pay over 120 euro per night, the fridge in 4 starts hotel should be a standard, but wasn't. Also, the bathroom has some place to improve - f.e. the hair dryer was... in the closet in corridor, quite difficult to use it (picture including).

The location was perfect, also very nice breakfast, however line to get a coffee (which was excellent)

The rooms were very small. There was no kettle or hair dryer unless you ask at reception. Very little space also to unpack clothes. Few hangers only. Bathroom gets flooded easily if you are not very careful with the shower, which I really do not like. Overall just not very special for the price.

I know Potsdam well but for tourists the location is excellent. Breakfast was very good, too. Reception and housekeeping staff friendly.

bathroom design - all glass, sharp angles not safe by my opinion, ventilation could be better in bathroom , air conditioning lowest vent speed(1) not enough to cool room, higher speed (2+ or Auto) just too loud : some 3 star hotels have much better solutions.

really good location. everything is close: transport less than 5min, major tourist attraction ~20min on foot, restaurants, shopping 5-10min, boat trip 2 minutes.
