The access to the hotel could be clearer and easier to understand/find.

We were overall happy with our hotel choice. It’s not near the city centre, and since it was very windy and cold during our stay, we regretted a tiny bit not having chosen a more central hotel. We also found the access to the hotel, especially by car but also when on foot, a bit confusing, as you have to go under a bridge, but take a few turns as well, and you keep taking the wrong path at the beginning. But when we booked our accommodation we wanted a place with easy parking, and it was the case (several parking spots available, on several floors, and not tight). Expect 20 euros per day/night. Apart from the distance (which was ok to do when it wasn’t as cold and windy), the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was also very friendly but professional. The breakfast buffet was also generous and on weekends it goes to noon, so it’s perfect if you need to rest. The view from our room was also very nice, we could see the Rhine river and the fortress (and even some cable cars!). There’s also a restaurant but we didn’t try it. Recommended!

While it is located on the river and has nice river views, it is not convenient to the Alt Stadt due to roads and riverside construction. Therefore it is not convenient to restaurants or cafes.

The room had a nice view of the river. The bed was comfortable and the linens of a nice quality. The staff was professional and friendly.

The lifts were a bit slow.

It was all very nice, nice hotel, good staff about a 5-10 minute walk into town. Great for the Christmas Market and because it was during the week and not a weekend it was quiet especially at breakfast.

The construction behind the hotel was very inconvenient. Obviously, this is not a knock on the hotel, but it affects the "location" of the hotel.

Restaurant closed Sunday although we found other places to eat

Didn’t have breakfast. Location excellent. Within easy reach of town and trains. Think we would have done more walking along river bank if construction work hadn’t been going on

The hotel was quite a walk from the main attractions. The area had roads closed due to building works, which increased the distance. It would have been helpful if this was explained when checking in.

Restaurant and bar closed on a Sunday? Had the option not to have room cleaned in order to get a free drink in the bar following day, great idea but however no good to us as bar not open on a Sunday.

The room was so hot we tried adjusting the AC but nothing helped. We had to open the window but it only opened from the top and still couldn't feel any difference.

The parking under the hotel is good but why can the parking rate not be included in the hotel stay instead of having to pay separately. A discount is available if you ask the reception staff to stamp your ticket but this was not advertised and it was complete luck that I overheard some else asking for the discount stamp.

Everything was great. No complaints, staff were great, breakfast was great and aside from the roadworks outside the bedroom (which the hotel are not responsible for) an excellent stay.
