Beautiful view from restaurant

The buffet breakfast was poor for a vegan, and it cost €43! All I could eat was cereal, a pot of houmus & guacamole and a banana. There shoudl be a different price when options are that restricted. Most expensive bowl of muesli I've ever had.

The room was clean and comfortable but too hot.

Inpersonal and formal people at reception, very slow process to check in and out. The property has a restaurant but did not at any point in one of their emails to me pre- arrival, communicate that we should make a reservation. So when we wanted to book, we were told it was too late. I asked them to reconsider or arrange something as we were not informed even at check in and to ask the manager to call me back, but they never did. In the end the next day I saw a message that I could co tact the manager at reception … Nothing was done at any time to apologize. I found in the bathroom that one of the supplies was missing, I phoned for it, housekeeping brought a different one, then replaced the right one and the next day another thing ran out, housekeeping is not checking when they clean clearly. We rented bikes, we received keys from a lady at reception and were sent outside to where the bikes were. It turned out we received a key to a bike which was not there and when we went back, a gentleman at reception quite unkindly almost scolded us, that we were kind of stupid to look for bikes outside since he said all bikes were in the basement. It was not true, bikes were outside and no one informed us either. So all in all, while the location is great and all the facilities you would expect at a hotel for this price are in place, the overall experience as a guest was not great, largely due to cold and impersonal approach by the staff at reception.

It was very cold in the rooms. We arrived in late November and the temperature was 19-20 degrees maximum. Loud central air conditioning but with no results.

Televisions were not Smart and you could not connect your phone or access apps - a Marriott Bonvoy hotel should have TV’s for the 21st century!

There are not many varieties in the breakfast, but the food is good.

The restaurant view is fantastic. I loved to start my day with the lake view. The location is amazing close to shops and the shopping mall.

no drinks at the pool, breakfast was expensive but there are a lot of breakfast cafes nearby (make sure to book), location was a bit out of the action but near to central train station

Acces tobthe bar could be better and more beds at the pool.

only critic is room doors have no softeners or dampeners , very noisey when they are shut . in the am when occupants go in and out then cleaners go in and out rooms it is most audible and infact woke us every morning

Wifi was not working properly by the end at all I had already pre pay the room and they charged the cc again for the accommodation spoke with the receptionist and it has been solved

The location was great very close to the train station, the view of the 9th floor at the restaurant for the breakfast The waiter ( Greek ) from Lesvos island was exceptional and very polite
