We were not sent the Pin code for the self check-in and had to call up the sister hotel a couple of times to get the information. The lighting of the apartment was not so great, its a very basic apartment with not much additional facilities. No iron board, no electric kettle and no kitchenette.

The apartment is located in a great location, around 10-15 mins walk from the major tourist locations. The apartment has good value for money, self check-in facility was available. There was no breakfast service offered but coffee/tea was available in the morning. There was no proper cupboard, just a small closet for keeping your clothes which was kind of sufficient.

Rooms with a street view is extremely noisy. We would hear all the cars passing by. Better to pay extra to stay on the other side of the hotel, which I assume is less noisy.

Central location. 10-15 min walking distance to Rathaus square. Very close to the metro station which is very convenient after night out in Reeperbahn.

It was very easy to check in, and they gave us clear instructions via email. There were lots of keycards available.

The interior design gives a feeling of being in a much older building. The shower head was fixed to the shower for some reason, which made showering difficult and wasn't super practical. The mattress was two single mattresses put together rather than one double mattress. Missed having an overhead light rather than 2 floor lamps in each corner. The isolation is not so good, you can hear quite some traffic noise from the street.

Great location very close to U stop and a quick Walk from the centre. The room was comfortable despite the bed being two single mattresses put together, and clean. Loved the contacless check in and check out process. The room had a mini fridge. Glasses were provided both in the room and the bathroom. The window blinds blocked out a lot of light, especially together with curtains.

Excellent location. Easy to find (was opposite a train stop) very central. Rooms cosy and warm and beds were very comfortable! Staff very helpful and friendly. Particularly when Hamburg was hit by a lightning rail strike they went over and beyond helping plan our journey back to the airport. Nice touch having complimentary coffee and croissants from 7am to 10am. Easy access to room keys via key code (we arrived at 6pm) and instructions beforehand were timely and clear.

The best part is that it is very close to the center, you can reach many places by walking. The hotel is clean, our furniture is old, but it does not cause much trouble.

If you have sensitive sleep, ask for a room that doesn't face the main street. The fire station is very close and at night you hear firefighter's transport returning. We didn't have a problem, because we just immediately fall back asleep when we wake up, but if I was with a small kid I would kindly ask for another room.

Location is just top, right next to S bahn and many attractions. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Check in out system very well-thought-out. They also offered very good coffee and pastry in the morning, though it even wasn't mentioned in our reservation. You can feel how much care people put in making this hotel a good place for a stay.

Great location, super clean, comfy bed, easy-to-use key system, and plenty of hot water too. There are also external window blinds if you want them (we got the morning sun) and the reception area does tea/coffee and croissants for free every morning. Stadthausbrücke and Rödingsmarkt stations are just round the corner, and City Brötchen does great sandwiches.

Hotel is located on the 4th floor of catholic university, the feeling like it was campus before. Self check in system, garage is available for parking. Foot distance to city center, plenty of restaurants around

It is located in the Catholic Academy. There is no proper reception or a lobby. Feels like staying in a dormitory.
