The restaurant was shut for dinner, lunch, but such a nice breakfast, a bit noisy at night with the odd noisy fast cars, but that said i would easily stay there again

Right at the side of the walled town a very comfortable well styled room with a terrace, well stocked fridge for a drink very clean and welcoming for my dog they even had a bowl and small sleeping area mat, iv not seen such a welcome in any outhrer hotel, great parking and such warm and helpful staff,

The restaurant in the hotel only had a prix fixe menu that was very expensive, so we never got to eat there. If anything on that menu was available à la carte, we would’ve happily booked a table every night of our stay for the convenience, but it was far too expensive for us to do so. It didn’t seem they were fully booked every night, and we couldn’t get a table at most restaurants in town (all fully booked, which we didn’t expect, and didn’t prepare for), so we spent more than one night in our room eating charcuterie we put together ourselves from the grocery store down the street.

The location was easy to access town, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were a little more expensive than I wish they were, and for the price would have liked breakfast included, but it was not.

The walls are thin. I could hear my neighbors talking in their room and every footstep from those on the floor above.

The location is convenient in a quiet area just outside the old city wall. A perfect base for exploring the old city. The room was comfortable and well appointed.

No air conditioning so you sleep with a fan and the patio sliding door open. The patio is shared with at least one other room so you get people's cigarette smoke blown into your room in the morning and nights. We also had an issue getting the heating turned off in the room but this could have been user error since none of the switches are labeled.

The restaurant was SPECTACULAR! They accommodated us at the last minute (albeit with a reduction in available food choices, but what we had was terrific and certainly more than sufficient). Sommelier was great and very attentive. Staff as well! Property is just outside the main gate of the old city which we actually liked a lot (only a 60-sec walk into the city).

Perfect location immediately across the road from the old town with free parking onsite. Helpful and friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast with eggs and bacon cooked to order. Spotlessly clean. Nice views from our top floor room and an elevator.

The pillows are very soft and for international travellers who prefer harder pillows. The toilet and shower screen design is quite different as you can be seen by others in the bathroom etc. Other wise the hotel is great.

Very unique, beatifully designed butique hotel. We stayed overnight on our way back from Italy. Very friendly staff, history behind the place and owners. Excellent breakfast. Next time we will definately opt for evening meal at the restaurant. Parking. Next to the historic city center. This place made our day on the way back home ! We wish we could have tried one of the owners wine from local wineyard at the arrival.

Everything went well for me despite a few faults. The heating battery in the room was working (in the middle of August :), and it got fixed only on a second day. One of the cranks in the shower sink was broken. The rooms didn't have a proper AC, though the hotel is looking for the powerful alternatives.

A great place right next to the city center, with free parking and even a couple of EV chargers. The rooms were very nice and spacious, comfortable to live in for several days.

There was no elevator on our side of the building.

Booked a room with two beds, but the second bed was just a foldable extra bed which was so hard we ended up not using it.

This is an amazing property - so charming and elegant, yet casual. We were very comfortable. Perfectly appointed. Ideally close to the wall, you can walk from your door all the way across the city in less than 10 minutes, and 5 minutes to the center of town. Big bonus is the parking available! They are also known for their culinary delights! This is the one, just book it!

Ideally located, just outside the historic city walls, but quiet on an evening for a good night's sleep. Our room was a good size, with a nice offering of coffee & tea. The breakfast was substantial and the staff were helpful & pleasant.
