Staff didn’t give much information, no dinner and breakfast possible due to too many people. Hotels should cater for their guests if advertise with restaurant in my opinion. Weird that each offer is in a different house, so you walk a lot of times from a to b.

I had requested a vegan diet option and it was confirmed that vegan food choices are available, however this was not correct as the dinner’s were fixed menu without any vegan choice. I should have been informed about it when I asked the question before traveling to the place, I would have made arrangements for myself.

Something for the whole family, close to places of interest, also comfortable to spend the time on the property.

Sofa bed was comfortable, but very noisy whenever you moved, so waking up the other person!

Beautiful apartment, well located. Easy to walk into Oberstaufen. Restaurant and bar were lovely, with friendly staff. Loved the chair in our apartment overlooking the mountains.

The only catch with the oberstaufen plus card is that you can use one of the features per day.

The place was perfect for a nice and relaxing weekend before our big trip to Austria. The oberstaufen plus card is a great plus. When we woke up the place was covered with snow which made it extra special. The room is pretty good and the beds are comfortable. The aquaria (to do with the oberstaufen plus card) is a great swimming pool.

Some rooms needs renovations therefore you need to be careful while booking and book the room with mountain view and after renovation.

The staff at the restaurant was very unfriendly. They seemed overworked. I had to wait 25 minutes just for the waitress to bring my bill at the end of the meal. Food was ok. There was no broom in our apartment to sweep the floor with.

The main hotel needs some maintenance and looks a bit run down. Old garden furniture standing around. The communal washing machine soap dispensers need a good clean out. Our apartment was spacious & comfortable. Waiting time at reception very long.

Nothing negative just a tip: If you book a "studio" make sure to bring some essentials for cooking like salt, a sponge and and dishwashing detergent.

Been here multiple times already, it's the perfect getaway for a weekend trip with a combination of skiing and wellness! The hotel has a pool, jaccuzi and sauna & spa area and additionally offers you a "Oberstaufen Plus Card" which gives you free access to some ski lifts and the wellness waterpark nearby.

beds could have been softer

hotel upgraded us to a family suite for free which was spacious and comfortable. The resturant had good food and the pool was awesome with kids. you cannot walk to town or resturants easily from the hotel but there is plenty there to do with family.

Especially because there is no cleaning service during the stay, the 25 euros per day for the dog felt a bit salty compared to our experiences in other hotels.

Calm place, great facilities and very dog friendly. The fact the property already connects with trails is also quite nice.

Property was understaffed, but the staff present was very effective at solving problems, and very responsive as well!

Great value for money, definitely recommend if you want to stay at the place but not just purely stuck to the mountain walking. Place has different facilities to use.

Nothing. Maybe for some people, as it is part of a resort, (I think there were 10 buildings altogether divided into apartments), if you prefer isolation or smaller places , this is not for you as of course there are lots of people.

We had a wonderful view of the mountains, small kitchenette for simple meals (note! Check the cupboard under the TV, there were some utensils in there we missed!!) and good size bathroom. Italian restaurant on site is very nice. All staff were very friendly .

The fact that the wellness facility is in different building, we didn’t find any snack machine when we got hungry in the middle of the night

A room with balcony and complete kitchen stuff, which we didn’t need it for our short staying, but definitely useful for family occasion.

Most of the facilities are for young children so the older children 9 yrs old onwards might not enjoy the facilities. The breakfast is expensive for the limited variety. Coffee is not the best compared to other trips we have had. There is one coffee machine and there was a long queue. The placement of the food was not the best service experience. We need help to dispense the fruit juice as the jar was unstable and not accessible to children. The bedroom is small for a family of four, 3 adults and 1 child. The toilet is very small. We knocked on the heater and walls a few times. There are random furnitures in the room. The make shift bed is right beside the main door so imagine the jackets, dirty shoes and bags after hiking. We had to arrange some furnitures around to accommodate our luggages, hiking clothes and shoes. There is a old kitchen in our room which is a reminder of 'work' (personal opinion) so it is not relaxing. Overall the room is more suitable for a couple with 1 young child.

There are alot of facilities in this resort. It is suitable for young families with small children.

If only there was more snow at time of our stay, so we could use the free ski pass... but its not hotels fault at all...

Everything was great! Sauna and the pool. Oberstaufen plus card. Parking available just near the rooms. The restaurant, the bowling alley. Kitchenet in the room. Views and trails around.
