There was a young man working who was so helpful and very friendly. Then there was an older man working who wasn't as friendly and every day when I bought something to drink he seemed to change the price

The downsides are the lack of breakfast and lighting on the stairs in the evening. Specifically, in the room I lived in, the windows did not close tightly. The street is busy and there is some noise, but for a person who is tired during the day, this is not a big disturbance.

For those traveling on business, Hotel Mondial Comfort is an excellent good hotel , there are various restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel. The room has a small kettle of tea+coffee+sugar, hairdryer, fresh towels, small TV although I didn’t use it. To the center ~2km, to ~3km.

Staff in reception is only for 8 hours, from 12 to 8pm.

excellent location with public transportation in the area. bar-restaurants around. safety neighborhood. Nice balance between price and facilities. Good to stay with kids. Clean.

My room was very spacious and had a balcony. The room and the bathroom were clean and the room was very quiet and warm. I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel.

I didnt get an answer to my call or email, tried to be in contact one hour before reception closing. Obviously the reception is not attended by anyone during the hours promised. Elevator did not go to the 6th floor where i was staying. The walls, or door was not really soundproof. But still value for money was fine.

The Hotel has a nice front desk but it would be nice the same "presentation" in the rest of the hotel.

The room was clean and was the expected for the price. I did not took any breakfast, The location is nice because it is close to the central station which can be beneficial, specially if you did a long trip. However, the area is not that great.

The heating worked during the days, when it wasn’t necessarly needed, but didn’t dork at night and the room got very cold.

Facilities are a bit old but still usable.

Room is very large, it is like a suite. Locatio is good, close to the U-bahn.

Unfortunately, because of the size of the room (and because I stayed there in December), it got quite cold during the night.

The hotel room was very spacious and well cleaned. The room had a living space with two armchairs and a desk area on one side, and the bed on the other side of the room. The hotel is very close to the campus, which was very practical for me as I needed to attend a conference there.

The heating was not working very well and it was a cold night so I had to sleep with a jacket but I reported it the next morning and it was fixed by the next night

For the cost of the hotel one cannot expect a luxurious hotel but everything was clean, the man from the front desk was very helpful and he even helped me to stay in the same room so I wouldn't have to change rooms the next day. Breakfast was the basic European breakfast.

I thought I had breakfast included when I booked, but when I arrived they informed me that I have not reserved for breakfast and that would cost extra. The telephone was not working. Many of the English entertainment channels were not available, so don't depend on TV so much

Smaller, quiet hotel within easy walking distance of downtown. Also near underground station. Rooms clean and well cared for. European style breakfast available for 11 euros.

TV didn't work and there was no one available to resolve the issue. Also unfortunately I couldn't speak German and the receptionist couldn't speak English.
