NetherlandsWe really had a great stay at this property. Initially we were given a twin beds room but girl at reception really made sure that we get the room with double bed as originally requested. Patrick at reception was soo generous and helpful as 2nd day, we had a car issue and he went out of the way to help us with together with his colleague. The hotel is very central with free street parking. Room and bed was soo confy. I would really recommend it.

United StatesOne bathroom had some mold on the ceiling probably due to lack of ventilation.
Excellent and very friendly customer service at the front desk. We were greeted very warmly and they helped us with our bags. They also recommended where to eat. At our going away, they were sure to see us off. Beds were comfortable and the wi-fi was good. The little fridges in the rooms had free drinks: water and beer. The hotel breakfast was fantastic. So much to choose from and everything was fresh and tasty.

United StatesProperty is relatively new, so work is ongoing - although, we were not at all disturbed. Some rooms have been renovated. Elevator was a plus, as was the delicious, ample breakfast. On street parking was free, if you could find it. We did! Staff was wonderful. Especially enjoyed the tricks by our smart, friendly, 4-footed hosts!

Czech RepublicSurprisingly incredibly beautiful hotel. I went to see a friend who lives nearby and did not expect anything special from either the location or the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of services. Very tasty food, spacious lobby, comfortable beds, gifts in the form of sweets from the hotel for Easter, a very pleasant smell of soap and shower gel in the bathroom, free minibar, free late check-out until 14.00 on holidays. As for the food, I strongly recommend eating only at the hotel, since there is nothing similar in taste in Alken, I regret that the first days I had lunch somewhere else. In general, the hotel has an excellent price/quality ratio, I can definitely recommend it to everyone.

The property was really amazing with great views. We were welcomed by the pet Vodka. The chef Ronny was very friendly and cooked specially for us as we were vegetarian. I would highly recommend this place for family with pets. We are looking forward to coming back to Mosel.
