Hotel very clean with big Rooms and good Prices

The pillow was quite flat, the bed was a little bit too hard.

The motel was easy to find, and there was lots of free parking. The lady on Reception was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was within easy reach: first floor and opposite the lift. The room itself was airy and clean, and the bathroom was beautiful. We didn't have breakfast at the motel, as we were meeting a friend, but after checking in, we sat outside with a coffee, and the selection of cakes looked amazing! The motel is situated about a mile out of the town centre, but this suited us, as it meant our dogs (who stsyed for free) got a good walk! We would definitely stay there again.

On a main road, noisy most of the day. Limited closet space (no hangers). Great kitchen but limited dishware - drink glasses, coffee/ tea cups too tiny :-(

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer.

What a beautiful Inn, so comfortable and clean in the most beautiful nature. And the coffee shop and bistro are downstairs with the most delicious coffee and pastries. Honestly kudos to the staff!

Penthouse is a bit sparse to say the least, plus only get one towel! Bit sterile rooms, can be very noisy at night, some people take booze to there rooms room near me took couple of cases of booze in!! and party because no staff to stop it, some locals book a room and a dozen people go to the room….especially weekends which is a pain but guess cheap venue for them to spend the night. But with no staff it’s impossible to police who go to the rooms! Not so good if you want an hotel room to sleep and rest though… Bedding is diabolical. See pics below

Few of these places like this now in Germany, small apartments in a block, no checkin staff, in fact you see nobody! But many drawbacks to it…. Penthouse good size but not greatly furnished or finished Food in Bistro below is ok (but cooking oil needed changing because fries had terrible aftertaste of heavily used oil) plus good choice of food but can get very busy and you can struggle for a table, because people from outside go in sit for hours have 1 course and 1 drink! But because no waiters & no table clearance, no one gets the hint to move. Strange concept in my view

Breakfast is a bit too expensive for the amount given. I had to buy juice for kids as it wasn't included into the deal. Only the hot drink (coffee) was included ...

Our stay was lovely. It was clean and had wonderful amenities, just like an apartment. The store and cafe below were very pleasant and yummy. Access after hours was easy. We would stay there again.

They charged me twice as they don't accept payment from Booking. They sent me private link and i paid. Once reached there, they didn't recognize that i paid and charged me again though refunded later.

The smallest room was enough for two. Clean place. Very comfortable bed, fluffy blanket and pillow. Quite place, I slept very well. The breakfast was quite good, worth it.

Because there's something to be said for it, I'd say the curtains could do with a little more blackout.

Ideal place for a stopover. The apartment is extremely clean and the equipment is perfect. The elevator takes you directly to the shops, small supermarket and restaurants. We particularly appreciated the kindness of the staff, very friendly and available despite the crowds.

We arrived late at night at Motel Inn Simbach, and within ten minutes we were checked in and in the room (an apartment actually). Checkin and payment was easily done at the check in machines, and we could even do it in Danish. The apartment was spacious. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable and the curtains blocked out the sun perfectly. The living room was big and everything was neat and clean. Checkout was easy, and it was even possible to order breakfast and buy groceries in the shops downstairs. A big recommendation, we would love to came back another time.
