Smart historic hotel with all the comforts….wonderful breakfast and dinner in the smart restaurant ……almost next door to an halter subway from where you can quickly get anywhere including the airport (one change)….close to bars and restaurants….I would recommend

Queueing to the office desk- check in and check out were way too long. It's either because of the lack of staff or outdated digital system that prevents the smooth flow of information.

I liked the tidy, well-prepared room, and breakfast was wonderful, both food and the dining space (comfortable, spacial with natural light)

The hidden information about having to take €100 from a credit/debit card for any expenses, this was not mentioned when booking.

Vibe of the hotel lovley, a nice old building with a history to it that's utilised well, with good facilities. Staff nice & caring. Excellent breakfast. Good food for dinner.

We ordered big bed, but have got a twin room. It was solved quickly, and room was changed. However we waited ~50 min bedlinen for kid and it was already about midnight. Really strange that bathroom don’t have any door in family room and glass walls

the cleaning lady servicing the floor 1 (where my room 101 was located) was very rude and should not be working on your property. She was not nice, she refused to answer my questions, she was sarcastic, and she was visibly not happy to be working there. This was a terrible experience.

the statt at reception and restaurant were really nice and helpfull. even if some were new they really tried their best to make me feel welcome.

Bathroom was good, but the glass was obscured but a little too see through to the bedroom for my liking. We would have had more dinners in the hotel, but the menu was not available and put us off. Was a struggle to close the blinds properly and as it faced the bed was a bit annoying.

Breakfast was really nice good selection and well laid out. Room was decent size as well. Bathroom was well designed with a nice spot to put our toothbrushes etc available.

a few minor details: the pillows and the shower are tiny. The shower may be too small for a large man - it looked like 80x80cm. As the bathroom is huge (~8sqm), such a shower choice looks a mistake.

A bit deteriorated but overall comfortable and professional hotel: large room, coffee-maker in the room, huge bathroom, good cleanliness, good location - in walking distance to the city center.

Not well acknowledged stuff , doable check twice with at least 2 employees if you can park your vehicle outside, and where exactly! We got trouble because of receptionists, she informed us that we can park the car , however in 20 minutes we got a call to meet policeman outside )))

it was not easy to find a parking spot. nobody helped us. we waited for 20 min to check in. Only 1 person was working and 2 more were just staying nearby

the location is great. the room is ok but it's really weird to have a glass between the room and the toilet. it's not fully transparent but anyway, you see where the person is inside the toilet. Breakfast was good.
