Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nice hotel, right beside the airport. We brought our dog and were surprised to find dog bowls and treats in our room when we arrived. Staff were friendly. Hotel is very quiet despite its location.

Restaurant is only open for breakfast. In the evening you have to sit in the bar area - tight tables, limited selection and relatively high prices on food and drinks. Not really a con, as it should be quite evident since it's right smack next to the airport, but if you are sensitive to noise, you have to keep the window closed.
A nice and very clean renovated hotel right next to the airport. Pet-friendly and value priced, so we went there, even though we're visiting Nuremberg for sightseeing. By car, it took something like 15 mins to get downtown so all good. There's also a U-bahn station at the terminal. Nice breakfast. Super professional and friendly staff!

Very small criticism, but the decor of the hotel was a little old-fashioned. While it felt homely, it did mean there weren't any wall sockets near the bed to charge a mobile phone! (We used a plug on the other side of the room)
Incredible location, just across the road from the airport. Considering how close it was to the airport, and that Mowenpick is a major brand, I was surprised at the good value price. Also, the bartender was very friendly, and fluent in both English and German.

Lots of people smoking right in front of the entry door. Always walking through a cloud of smoke and I find that very annoying. Most public spaces nowadays have a smokers zone at least 5 or 10 meters away from an entry. Something Movenpick should seriously consider.
Good breakfast. Hotel is literally on the airport a 3 minute walk from the terminal. Quick easy check in and rooms have everything you need for a one night layover. In the evening simple but sufficient selection of bar snacks and small meals.

Hotel starts to show its age and the rooms are smallish, but OK.

Although most of the staff were polite, one of them was very rude. His attitude was insulting and annoying. We made the necessary complaints. I do not plan to stay in this hotel again.

The price during the Toy fair is very very expensive. Maybe next year can be slightly lower.
The location is right outside the Nuremberg Airport. I stayed there for the Toys fair. Easy access to the fair, just take the Underground U train, located right outside the hotel. total duration travel to the toy fair is about 30minutes. They let me have a late check out, so that I can still go to the fair in the morning, and be back in the afternoon, and still have time to pack my luggage in the hotel room. Thank you.

Room set-up a bit tight for 2 people. One side of the bed has about 1/2 meter to wall.
This is an ideal airport hotel just 2 minutes walk from check-ins.

Room was pricey.
Fantastic location right next to the airport and late checkout for those afternoon flights. Food choices were reasonable for evening...they do have a full-scale restaurant IN the airport. The morning breakfast was great with American and German style breakfasts included eggs/omelets cooked to order.

We decided that price for breakfast is a little bit high (25 Euro per Person). Room is not renovated, sanitaryware was not new.
Very good location, U Bahn is close to the door. Hotel offered welcome drink. Parking is also possible for additional price

If someone stays just to pass a night and fly early next day the hotel is very well located otherwise bit far from city although there is the access to metro. Restaurant has only few dishes but it is understandable (hotel is adapted to the travel through).
The service at all levels. very friendly and available to support and help where needed.

Old decor and rooms. I was cold and freezing until I called down too see how to work the heat. Then things were fine, and fit my needs. Clean linens and good pillows.
Convenient location across the street from the airport. Short stay since the airline lost my luggage, so it was MUCH more comfortable than staying in the airport for the night.

I liked everything. It was great for a one night stay.
The location was perfect. I had a very early flight and the location was very convenient, not only to the parking garage but also the terminal. The room was spacious and very quiet. I enjoyed the bar as well. The staff was friendly and professional and the bartender was really accommodating.
