Service is horrible. Wrote them a couple of times as handling the deposit is unclear. Issue is still unresolved after almost two month.

The only downside was the bed—it was far too firm and uncomfortable, which made a four-night stay less restful.

Perfectly located in the heart of the city, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and bars. The room was spotless, and the bar/restaurant area made a great spot to work from. Plenty of games and different cozy spaces to relax in, depending on your mood.

The hotel is located on a cobblestone inner yard. We got lost finding the hotel. Not on the frontage, so be aware.The cobblestone was hard on the luggage. Finding the lobby is like going through Speakeasy. If travelers are tired and weary from a long journey, this may not be the best introduction. This hotel is best for social, business folks and short stay. I wouldn't say it is vacation or staycation comfy. It's more party/social hype thing. We wish we could enjoy the outdoor yard with greenery, but it's the smoker heaven out there. If you have asthma & and a respiratory issue like me, it is not suitable to be in that area. We love modern urban industrialized design but there is too much sometimes such as; the exposed ceiling that looked like dirty with yellowish tint of something like a water leak  or the sink top that gathered water all the time( we end up wiping with toilet paper every single time we use it ). If staying long,there is no closet space. We kept our luggage on the floor. The room has no refrigerator or kettle to use. I believe they expect guest to keep going on the lobby where everything is.

Location is close to restaurants, grocery,t ransportation and sites. Vibrant lobby, perfect for socializing. Colors popping everywhere. They got games,library cafes and bar at the lobby. Staff was okay. Some are more attentive than others. Check in was quick & easy. Love the modern and practical furnitures and utilities in the room,works well with the small space. Room was small but well designed. We love the shower and refillable toiletries. Everything smelled good. Water pressure was strong. Hot water worked. Wifi was strong. Room has a great ambient lighting, giving a calming vibe. The window helped alot in making the room feel open even if it was small(without it, it would feel like claustrophobic). All electrical outlets are conveniently located where they are needed. Buffet style breakfast was great. They offered variety. The coffee and breads were yummy. Bar at cocktails were great as well.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. It looked a bit artificial.

For a short stay with a child this was the perfect hotel. The decoration is fun and as a parent I didn’t feel nervous that my child would be bored or could not feel comfortable at the lobby. The location is great too. The front desk, the breakfast crew and the housekeeper we met they were all wonderful to my child. Thank you!

We were told parking was €25 per night with hotel discount. When we left we were charge €77. I am still waiting to here back from the hotel regarding this

It fully met my expectations, but the only flaw was that in some rooms the shower area in the bathroom was separated by a curtain, not a seperator. This can be a problem both in terms of ease of use and hygiene, and it looks simple and dysfunctional.

The quality of service and cleanliness of MOXY hotels never ceases to amaze. The arrangement of the welcome area, reception, lobby and bar area was interesting and nice enough to not need to spend time in any bar outside. The location of the hotel is very close to public transportation and shopping street.
