It was confusing when we arrived and there was no one there. I had asked if we could drop off luggage early and they said yes, but didn’t explain how it would work. Wifi was also in and out, not stable.

It was an excellent location, a little weird to find. The entrance is shared with another business and there is a very small sign on the door.

Check in was quite confusing, but after calling that was solved. No safe parking for our bicycles. Would be nice to have some darker curtains because street lights are shining in the room.

I booked two rooms. One room had a shower, basin and WC. The other had nothing, just beds. When I rang to ask the address of the property I was told the entrance was at the rear of the building, number 10 Reichenstrasse, but the number on the tiny label at the rear entrance was 11. Reichenstrasse is the main street, but the entrance is to the rear. Very frustrating! Especially a room without toilet facilities.

There was no breakfast at this property. Just two rooms.

The room wasn't well equipped with kitchen items, but we didn't need them anyway, so wasn't a problem.

The room was spacious and clean. It was very centrally located, right in the centre of town. We had read some bad reviews, so we're pleasantly surprised.

There was no reception open and nobody answer when we called. Finally done got on line and was acting like an option, giggling without being able to explain where the bother location of the hotel was. We lost almost an hour looking around in a village of about 5 streets. A total nightmare!!

The washroom shower was leaking, and the electric kettle wasn’t working. I tried to contact the management, but unfortunately, there was no response. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi available, and the kitchen lacked basic crockery not even glasses were provided. I had requested two single beds, and they confirmed this at the time of booking, but upon arrival, they did not provide them.

The property was very clean, and the furniture was new.

The windowdressing was awfull,just 2/3 in lengths and semi transparent. So the room was lit the whole night with light from outside. It was tricky self "checking in" but once in it was OK. It would be fine if the phonenumber given is always available

Bed was comfy,nice sitting corner with semi kitchenette, coffee and tea available. Big bathroom, Clean overall. Right in the middle of the centre.

The smoke detector needed new batteries, but after a few calls, someone showed up to fix it! The difference between the hostel and the owners hotel is confusing and left us still wondering if we were in the right spot! All in all, though, the place was worth the few moments of confusion!

Location was excellent! Parking was convenient, just a bit confusing where to go after that, but we called the number provided and got help! Had everything we needed for the stay!

My overall experience was good. The only request I make to the hotel management is that as I understood the apartment is shared with another firm, it should be made clear about this and at the entrance a notice is confusing as this addressed to customers for another firm. This confusion had made little trouble for us at the beginning but one call to hotel staff quickly solved the problem.

- Blinds didn’t go all the way down, and didn’t block out light. It was basically impossible to get privacy. Plus, being street side meant that the street lamps basically showed through all night - was not cleaned well. Previous guests trash was still in the trash can, and there was hair all over the bathroom - the shower pipe could get super hot, and it was easy to accidentally bump into it. The host should definitely try to put some cover or something on it. Plus the shower walls had some leaks and water got all over the bathroom - sheets were uncomfortable and didn’t fit the bed - the invoice for the fussen card was a bit of a surprise. The card was fantastic, but it would’ve been nice to know that we’d need cash ahead of time - having staff around would’ve been really helpful, considering that we were travelling without service and the room didn’t have WiFi Stuff a bit out of the host’s control - it was really hot when we were there and a fan would’ve been nice to have - it can get really loud being street side - the bells ran at night as well waking us up

- owner was not there and did not answer to text messages - it’s impossible to sleep as the curtains only close halfway and the big bright light from the city center directly underneath shine in - it’s very noice till late night because the windows don’t block the sound - there is no light in the kitchen - it was very expensive (167€) for one night - the bed makes weird noises that are very annoying while sleeping

The Entrance to the apartments is dodgy, no security and anyone can enter. I received an e-mail saying there would be a board with names allocated to rooms & key would be in door. However, the board in the hallway was blank, NO names so I did not know which of the 4 rooms was mine. No keys in doors and all doors only had a code lock. No code was sent to me. So I was not able to stay there with no one to contact and had to book another hotel at short notice so I had a place to stay. This place is seriously a scam and should be avoided!

Apartment feels incomplete: - blinds don’t go all the way down so anyone can see in all day/night. - kitchenette but absolutely nothing in it (no cups, cutlery, plates etc) so it was useless. Check in information wasn’t sent until an hour after check in time. The contact person was unresponsive and when we got on to them, unhelpful.

Good location, right on Main Street. Newly renovated apartment, so everything is quite clean and comfortable.

Good morning, unfortunately my stay in Fussen was an experience that I would gladly forget. Once we arrived at the hostel, no one to welcome me, I had sent a message via booking in the morning, no one had answered me. Arrived on site, I try to call, no one answers. The hostel was overbooked, I had to ask my father, who was no longer young, to move, they put us in another hostel with a shared bathroom. Although the payment the previous day had been successful. Booking.com gave us our money back but I would have expected compensation for the damage suffered.
