Basic room with basic facilities. The breakfast was very basic and not high quality. After 8 am, many things are finished and the selection is limited. On the upside, not so much is thrown away. The blinds were broken, they were open, but always down and impossible to pull up. The mattress was mediocre as were the pillows.

The coffee at breakfast was very good. If you don't get your room cleaned on a multi-night stay then you get a free drink, but you have to ask for it.

Parking for a fee. Although quite small fee compared to many other hotels, one would expect it to be free of charge when hotel's location is such that all guests are expected to have cars. Bicycles for guests were not in usable condition.

A welcome gift was provided at arrival. The room was very clean and had air conditioning. Close to food store.

Nice sized room Swedish styled unreturned comfy mattress. Large room with a balcony ours overlooked the parking which was fine. Front desk very nice as we had a late check in. Complimentary bottles water waiting in the room. Wonderful breakfast buffet in am including fresh breads bagels and lox salmon. Multiple fresh fruits yogurts cereals and many meats and of course eggs. Nice coffee bar . Our room did not have coffee although some rooms do have them available. 24/7 coffee tea hot chocolate at front desk. Small food stand concession at front desk for necessities. All rooms had a very nice toiletries basket including toothbrush and toothpaste nail files. Train stop 1 block from hotel for ease of access to downtown Stuttgart.

Bed was on the small side and pushed into the corner to make getting in and out a bit annoying, fridge barely cooled, definitely a compact space

The bathroom was not completely oke. No garbage bag in the bin, water in the toilet brush holder as if it was used. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be.

The familiy room was really spacious. Breakfast was super, good coffee, fresh fruit, a good choice in bread and lots of things to choose to put on the bread, like all sorts of eggs and cheeses.

The only downside is the open parking lot. When it snows it can be problematic for the car owners.

A lot of noise from the street in the middle of the night (because people were walking along and talking to each other). This is not the fault of the hotel, of course.

The staff is very friendly. The decoration of the hotel is nice. We really liked the coffee machine.

Next time, we look forward to using the electric vehicle charging facilities when they become available.

We liked the original concept, the opulent breakfast, the location as a base, the helpful staff and the value for money. We noticed many couples and families staying in the hotel. Easy parking and access to public transportation are further pluses.

It was fine. They charge additionally 5 euro per day for parking which is a good parking. The hotel is around 20 min with tram from the city. It has minibar or a small freege. And the rooms are clean.

The doors had a lock problem (would not close unless you slammed it real hard) and the flow of water in the shower in one of the rooms we had was a bit slow, but all in all we were very satisfied. Will come back again.

The beds very exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was superb for our purposes. We liked the deco of the entrance especially the The BILD collection. This is one of the hotels with NO staff. Works well. The rooms had balconies which we liked a lot.
