We were in an attic room and you needed to walk up a set of curved stairs to access it, which may be an issue with people with large suitcases. The ceiling was also pitched so it was a little tight to walk along, and the low height of the sky lights made me a little nervous when they were open.

The staff are very friendly and the check in was easy. The room was modern and clean with a large shower and nice linen. Our son loved the built-in bunk bed. The breakfast was nice and we liked that you could order cooked eggs. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town and all the sights were only a short walk away.

the personnel is amiable and helpful, they are just great people. The breakfast is very good, they prepare the fried eggs on the fly, and according to your wishes. There is a selection of yogurts and fruits. The coffee is of excellent quality as for the hotel.

There is nobody at the reception after 22:30. Also the room was a bit "scarce" (e.g. the desk rather small), but this was fine for me.

The staff was always very friendly. The location is very close to the city center of Ulm, and it is also within walking distance of the main station (one stop by tram). There is nothing fancy about the hotel, but I enjoyed my stay there and I consider it excellent value for money.

Great location & amazing view of the cathedral from our 4th floor family room loft. Quiet- as we didn’t hear any noise affecting our sleep despite being in the city. We would stay here again!

The hotel was very centrally located, within 5 minutes walk from the train station and another 5 minutes walk to the main square. The breakfast was very varied, with a selection of cooked items by order. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The check-in and check-out experience was quite slow, despite not having a queue. The city was quite boring and all shops and most restaurants closed at 18:00 in the middle of the summer, so there was nothing to do around. It is not the hotel I would not recommend, but the city as a layover stop.

The hotel is in a great location in the city center, next to a private underground parking. The room was very big, with big bathroom and big terrace.

Easy to locate and a few minutes walk to the wonderful Cathedral. The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed and good facilities. We only had a few hours in Ulm but enjoyed walking around the town. We thoroughly recommend Hotel Neuthor.
