Convenient location near motorway, clean, good rooms

We encountered an unpleasant situation with payment. The hotel charged us twice for payment, once through the booking site, the second time at the reception, accidents happen, but it was impossible to enforce a refund from the hotel (about 75 euros). Only after booking intervention did the hotel return the funds. We asked booking to intervene after the hotel asked us to send sensitive data (i.e., card number, CVC code, expiration date, name and address of the cardholder), to a private email address, in order to make a refund, despite the fact that we had provided all the data for a traditional transfer at the reception, and then sent them by email...

To the hotel itself in terms of cleanliness and food I have no objections. The location is also fine if you are on a car route.

The Pet charge is excessive, we were charged 25 euros for a small dog for one night. but when you look at the Marriott website they say they charge 50 euros per night. So this is not a pet friendly hotel, check the charges with them directly before booking. There was also some confusion over the being charged twice for breakfast. There invoice says room is with breakfast, but then there seems to be an additional charge for breakfast. It looks like they charge you twice, but i just think its the way the write the invoice. This needs to change...

The place is being renovated, but really it didn't disturb us. Enough parking spaces, but you have to pay 5 EUR for it.

A nice location to have an intermediate stop during a trip. Very close to the autobahn. The hotel is located in a small town. There a nice Kebab place to grab a bite :-) Otherwise not too many options for lunch or dinner (we didn't try the restaurant at the hotel though). The room was recently renovated, pretty big. Nice breakfast included. We also got bowls and a bed for our dogs, they liked the bed :-) It was also really quite inside, although you constantly can hear the autobahn noises outside.

25 Euro is a little much for a dog for a night.

Good location if travelling along the A2. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Good value overall. Plus is that you can take your dog with you to this hotel if you have one.

Some facilities are a bit dated but the renovations are ongoing.

The hotel is under renovation. The workmen finish at 6PM, Till that time was very loud ( drills and ect.). We can hear the conversation of workers in our room, works are on corridors so there is no place to hide. Restaurant was opened from 6 PM.

Nice and cosy room, beds are very confortable, nice view from our room. Not a lot of guest. Good quality of the food at restaurant. Restaurant staff was amazing

Cleanliness was not up to our standards (but it might be only out of season thing). We arrived after 9 pm on Friday - no food, no drinks, no minibar, no kettle (again, might differ during travel season).

Hotel is conveniently located for travelling with a car. Spacious room and bathroom, twin beds were comfortable and big (both queen size, I think).

Paid parking and basic breakfast was a let down. The interior of the hotel is outdated, but it is currently in reconstruction, so hopefully the quality will improve.

Without car it is difficult to be reached! Parking is good but needs an extra charge of 5 euro (cash payment, without receipt).

Nice looking hotel! Spacious rooms! Clean! Strictly cleaning daily! Very nice breakfast (can be included in the price /perfect/ or additional to be paid). Quite place and we had nice stay!

The door for the shower closes to the inside of the tub, perhaps it would have been easier to have it open to the outside.

Minor, but there was no kettle and cups / glasses in the room.

Pretty good for a one-night stay. Not far from the highway, but at the same time in a quiet place, so we got rest well. The room was specious enough, a bath was also a big plus for us.

Use this hotel quite often as a overnight stop while passing through Germany, Easy to find just off the motorway and has plenty of parking.
