A bit far from center, but there a lot of trams. Plus - near Neustadt :)

The biggest surprise was the size of the room. Very spacious with fridge (that is always handy). Comfortable bed & pillows. 3 types of glasses (wine, beer, water). Friendly staff. Self-checkout mini shop downstairs.

The hotel is pretty far away from the centre, but it wasn't a problem for us

The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to Lidl that works till 21:00 and to Neustadt-Dresden train station. The city centre is reachable with a tram or S-Bahn. The room looked clean, it had a fridge and a very soft and comfortable bed. The staff at the reception desk were helpful and friendly with us.

Small, but important thing, there is no kettle in the room. We were advised at reception to get a hot water at restaurant.

The hotel staff is always available to satisfy all your needs. The breakfast was good. Free city parking is available on the street.

The service in the restaurant are superb. They have a very good chef, and all the staff try to give you a better experience there. The atmosphere is good.

Unfortunately there was no water boiler in the room and the third bed was pretty small.

The size of the room, the bathroom, were excellent. It was very clean in the room and bathroom, there was a fridge, flat screen TV, hairdryer, table, one chair and one armchair.

It's a bit far from the city center, but there are decent public transport options close to the hotel. The location is also close to the hip neighborhood with excellent cafes.

The room was quite spacious and had all the necessary accessories. The staff was polite, they helped us with storing the bags for free.

Freaky and complicated switching on the light in the room. One should experience that ;) Power supply on one side of the bed only. Old style built-in USB output in the desk

Parking in the garage came at quite the premium. Also the cleaning lady was trying our door at 8.30 in the morning... but she was polite and left the moment she noticed we were in.

We stayed for a mid-journey overnight-er. Excellent hotel to stay in. Very clean and professionally kept. The bar is nice and breakfast is good. Very easy to reach by car, and close to the city of Dresden.

The hotel does not have a parking space for larger vehicles (such as minibuses) - we had to use a public parking space.

The hotel is situated a 20-minute walk from the centre. It was clean, and the hotel bar was open till late. The rooms are relatively big, were clean and the beds were comfy. The hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty and provided a lot of choice. There is a grocery self-service shelf at the reception, providing a lot of choice. A great idea substituting a minibar (which is usu. expensive).

The nearest U-Bahn stations are Bischofs-Platz and Dresden-Neustadt (train station), each ~15min walkway from the hotel. To reach them by foot, you have to cross through areas that make you feel uncomfortable, dirty, run-down, and at least after dark, a bit scary.

Everything within the feasibility of hotel and staff was fine and certainly nothing to complain.

It was unfortunately very loud even tho our room was not by the main road- it was affected by the traffic.

Beds were very comfortable, we loved the fact that there was a bathtub in the bathroom and hot water with the great pressure.

I agreed to have the room serviced every second day and that turned into a mess as our room didn’t get serviced for days at some stage. The aircon was so weak it wasn’t doing much as we stayed during the hot spell, we were sweating all night. The bedding was uncomfortable, blankets were very thick for cold weather and pillows were not comfortable. There was not much complimentary toiletries There was a lot of noise outside when we opened the windows to get some air. The lighting was quite poor with several lamps around the bed and no main lights in the ceiling

The room was very spacious and there were good facilities such as gym and a bar It was relatively clean. Most things in the room were comfortable, there was space in the bathroom to put all your stuff. There was a desk in the room. The location was a walk away from tram stop that takes you to the city centre. It was also close to the airport

I was asked (and I declined) for an extra charge of EUR 20 for early check-in (like 2h earlier) which I found not customer friendly.

Location is in a silent area but away from the city center. Need to walk a little bit to the metro station. Breakfast is nice.
