Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was a little expensive. The gym was quite simple and didn't have a lot of equipment.
The room was a good size and the facilities were lovely. Great shower, very clean and a really comfortable bed. In terms of location, we couldn't have asked for better. Ideal for getting around, plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance and a 10 minute walk to the main tourist attractions.

Pool was freezing! Family room had a strange layout so it was very narrow to get into the room which wasn't ideal with a pram The crib provided was disappointing...at first we were provided with a duvet cover as a mattress. This was not flat enough for a 6 month old to safely sleep on and was too big for the footprint of the cot and rustled up at the sides. I saw another room had an actual mattress in the cot so asked for one of these to be provided instead. However this was also too big for the cot and created a ramp like effect for the baby to sleep on which also wasn't safe. Not sure how a chain hotel can't get this right!? It was a bit adhoc as to whether cups and tea would get replaced each day.
Family room had a sofa bed that was useful Good base to explore Munich. Not in the hustle and bustle of the center but not too far out. Beds were comfy but pillows a bit big.

Our room was at the end of a very long corridor. However this did not really cause a problem. Otherwise fine.
Comfortable, well appointed hotel with friendly staff. In a quiet location on the south side of the Isar River from Central Munich. A pleasant walk of about 20 minutes takes you to the Isar Gate of the Old City, convenient for the Hofbrauhaus. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a 2 year old child and the bed for the 2 kids was far from the wall which meant she could fall. When we asked the staff to help us with removing the lamp near the wall he said he lacked the staff to do it so we had to remove the big lamp and adjust the beds. They did gave us extra pilows though
The beds were comfortable . All facilities were very intuitively placed . The kids corner with games at the lobby!

The hotel was expanded so one lift shaft with 2 lifts on every floor, walking to our room was like walking in to a maze otherwise we had a very pleasant stay

The room could be bigger for 2 adults and 2 kids, the swimming pool was overcrouded and it was impossible to swim.
The hotel was clean, 10 min only from the city centre. Breakfast was delicios.

Just the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom.
Location of the hotel, the hospitality of the employees, all polite and friendly. Cleaned our room everyday. Lovely breakfast and friendly for kids.

1-Ac wasn't strong enough in our room , it wasn't bad but needed to be more powerful for cooling especially for summer. 2-Shower pressure was weak , Also no soap and shampoo in the bathtub (only a fixed point in the shower ) 3-No reserved parking , including a reserve parking option would be a plus for this hotel. 4-Pool children curfew is too early should be at least till 10pm
1-Hotel is very well upkept . 2-All clean throughout. 3-Room amenities were better than expected one of which is the availability of power supply and abundant usb charging points which means the hotel management knows how to be up to date with client needs in this modern day. 4- Breakfast was excellent 5- Play area for kids near reception 6- Snacks and drinks available near reception

The room is too small for a family of 4, the toilet broke, and they were not able to fix it before we checked out.
