Quite far from train station, need a 8euro cab ride. The curtains did nothing to block the light, so I was awake at 5.30.

Lovely view from the window, on the Main Street, right next to shops and museums and major landmarks.

Very expensive for what it was. Room had 'daylight curtains' could read a book with them shut. Shower was a nightmare to set.

Excellent breakfast, fast wifi, great location. Small room and bathroom but you expect that in old fashioned buildings. Comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful.

The relatively "new way of bedding" as now found even in Southern France, i.e. the so-called Nordic bedding, is too warm and no possibility of shedding part of it, since all in one (supposedly recommended by Brussels ??)

The breakfast buffet was amazingly varied and delicious

A warm welcome, super clean rooms, attentive staff, comfortable bed - all perfect. I stayed here 23 years ago - and the pleasant memory of that visit was reinforced.

Very friendly and kind staff, quiet and cozy room. Beautiful old town scenery from the window. Such Gasthaus leaves you good impressions even of a random travel.

The only complaint we had was that there was no lift, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. The staff did offer to take our cases up to the room.

The room was really comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. The breakfast was excellent. Fantastic choice: cold meats, cheese, salmon. Also hot food. Lovely coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Upper floors do not have a lift so older people with large cases will find this difficult

Breakfast had a wonderful choice of foods. The location was great. Car parking was behind the hotel which turned out to be a bonus. The decoration was new and fresh. The place was spotless.

The rooms are a bit small and wellness facilities are available only during specific times on request. In the wine cellar food is not served and the opening hours are limited.

The hotel is located perfectly at one of the old city gates with a very small distance (just a few meters) to some good restaurants and to the main museums of Ravensburg. The staff is very friendly and provided extra services such a luggage storage after check out. The breakfast is excellent and includes a large variety of food. From our window we could see some famous tower of Ravensburg.

No air condition in the middle of the summer is a bit annoying. Parking space is very limited and access is super narrow.

Premium location in the middle of Ravensburg. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Not much water pressure in shower but it was adequate. Could hear some noise from the street but not enough to disturb sleep.

Convenient for walking around the old town pedestrian area and had private car parking included. Accommodation was in an old building with character next to one of the towers. We were in a family suite so had plenty of room. Bathroom was modern and accommodation and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice hot and cold. Windows were overlooking the road down into the old town centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel nicely traditional but very comfortable, clean, and central to the town. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast excellent. A very good place to stay when visiting Ravensburg - I would go back.

The bathrooms were quite small but perfectly adequate. There wasn't much cupboard/draw space but for our 3 night stay this wasn't a problem.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and spoke very good English. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean, well-kept and felt comfortable. The public areas were all tastefully decorated. There was plenty of variety at breakfast and the hot dishes of bacon and egg continually filled up for later guests. A great advantage was the parking available at the hotel for guests. Well-situated for exploring Ravensburg

Construction on a building behind the hotel meant the parking spaces became very limited when the hotel was full. Also the cleaning staff set the shower head to the lowest position so that this needed to be adjusted every morning for the whole two week stay. Minor but can be annoying after this time.

The location is good and when the building work is finished behind the hotel the parking spaces are very useful.

Breakfast choice could be a bit better. Hotel Restaurant is closed at the evening.

Position of the hotel and available parking. Easy to find. Interior is lovely and stuff is very friendly. Place is very friendly for pets!
