If you are travel for work it will be sometimes noisy in common room

It was nice experience. Great location! It is easy to explore city by feet or public transport and also get to the airport. You can find where to eat depending on your preferences. I lived in a room with bathroom outside the room. It was pretty comfortable.

- Rooms are very small - Renting luggage is very expensive (10€ for 24 hours) - Rooms are not clean enough. - Rooms are fuggy. - Bath is very small and toilets were not cleaned daily. It was smelly in the last night.

It is very close to center and very good value to money. The bathroom is in the room which was something very comfortable for a hostel.

The room was quite small for 6! Our sink was clogged and no technician unclogged it. There was not even a carpet for the shower. It is very basics with boxes under the bed so not very practical to arrange your stuffs. The breakfast was not very good with dried bread, prefer eat outside!

Location is perfect and my roommates were friendly and most of all very respectful and did not bother my sleep!

The position of lockers in the room, they are under the bunk beds and inconvenient to open and not to wake up the person lying on the bed above the locker. The ladders for climbing up to the upper beds are not stable , the rooms are too small. You need a room car to run the elevator to go up and down every time. And it takes ages to unlock the locker to keep your stuff when you check out, not user-friendly at all. I would not return to this hostel.

Young people running wild on the corridor at night. Transferring from one room to another. At first i said to myself it was fine, people should have a little bit of laughter and fun. But it was as if they were a group and they were playing. I had to peep because noise had been unbearable. But i did not bother to talk to them because we were so tired and would actually want to rest. Long story short, even with doors shut, ione could hear everything that’s happening outside.

A bit slim of a restaurant menu and the lavatory was quite hidden outside of the suites.

The open facilities and how opportune it was located. We had some ample breathing windows between destinations and the proximity to Alexanderplatz ensured such pauses could be provided without impending the overall travel durations between sights.

The staff seemed nice, but you don't really interact with anyone because you show up and they just tell you to do check in yourself on a tablet. They don't put the sheets on the bed so you have to make the bed yourself, which isn't a big deal but I arrived late at night so I felt like I was annoying the people who were asleep having to try to fit the sheet over the bed and stuff while they were sleeping. Also there's no kitchen and they ask you not to bring in any outside food, so it adds some expenses compared to other hostels.

Would have been better if beds had curtains for privacy. The bathroom was always full of water presumably from the shower leaking. Breakfast was poor for the amount they charge.

Great location - very close to Alexanderplatz and the centre. Nice lounge area with lots of space next to reception.

The sewer in the shower is really clogged, maybe was due to many people but I think the drain is not regularly cleaned.

The location is very convenient! Very great for the price! Breakfast is okay but for 9 euros it is mediocre, could get coffee and bread from them instead. The cleaning in the room is nice, they vacuum and mop it really clean.

Dirty! Twin beds were moved together, I had to separate them myself. The space in between had thick layer of dust and leftovers. The toilet smelled of rotten sewege. Room changed. Same situation with beds and dirt. 1 towel each. No bathmate. Each additional towel wad 5€. We got free breakfast as a compensation but it only had bread, musli and cheese/ham. The guy working at the reception was kind. Pillows VERY shallow. Yuk!
