Staff was exceptionally nice, especially the young receptionists are very nice, kind, cheering and helpful. As a solo woman traveller, everything was fine in the hotel and around. Breakfast was nice and enough. I stayed in a single room; room was clean and neat, cleaning lady was also very nice. Location is in the city center, very reachable to everywhere. I walked from train station and it was around ten minutes. Wish I could stay more! Hopefully in future I want to stay this hotel again.

Wonderful elegant hotel with very impressive management, concerned for the well-being of the guests, finding time to speak to all of them. Will definitely return when in Bavaria. Good option for easy journey or commute to Munich.

Located in Augsburg's down town, a few steeps from main sights and railway station, this comfortable hotel was a great surprise. The room was cosy and quite, fulfilling all you need for a pleasant stay there. The breakfast was wide, varied and very good. Special mention for all staff members for his sympathy and collaboration at all times that made feels like home.

I was expecting that the hotel will be more modern, which was not the case. Part of bathroom (the sink) was in the "entry" room. Walls were a bit thin. Not sure whether one can get scrambled egg for breakfast (I assume only if asking the personnel).

Hotel is really nicely located next to the public transportation hub. You can leave your luggage and they take care of it (giving a number etc).

There was nothing to not like. The elevator stopped a floor before our floor so we had one set of stairs with our luggage. Not a problem for us since we all had backpacks but maybe for someone else. My other comment is a booking.com issue that I have mentioned to them... in that hotels can say they have parking, when it is really nearby and sometimes costs a lot. I would just prefer to know this nearby and the costs ahead of time. I would still book. In this case the nearby was about a 3 minute walk! So I liked that! cost was 16€ for the 24 hours. The front desk indicated there were less costly but it was filled due to being so close the market.

We used this hotel to visit the Augsburg Christmas Market. We were able locate the property easily and we were able to park very close in a nearby parking garage. The room was very large and more than met our needs and expectations. Shower room was separate from the toilet room and both were quite nice. The Breakfast Room was very nice. I think people from the city might enjoy eating there as well. It seemed like people were coming in from the outside.

Mid-morning on my first day, a male staff member knocked on the door and immediately entered the room before I could respond. If I had been undressed it would have been embarassing. He said he was there to check the contents of the mini-fridge. I shooed him away. I've never had this happen in any hotel before, ever. They can simply check it when I leave and bill me for any contents that have been used.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the center city location can't be beat. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. It feels like a safe neighborhood. Despite its central location, street noise was minimal. I would definitely stay here again.

A couple of aspects affected the overall experience. Unfortunately, the room's shades weren't sufficiently dark, causing discomfort due to the brightness at night. Additionally, the street noise was noticeable, affecting the tranquility of the stay. However, these aspects didn't overshadow the delightful breakfast and the attentive service provided by the staff.

The location is great and the hotel is cozy. The breakfast at this hotel is an absolute delight! From the diverse selection featuring unique dishes like chia pudding and lentils salad to the classic favorites such as baked tomatoes with mozzarella and delicious croissants, the spread is both innovative and satisfying. The attentive staff and great coffee only elevate the experience, making mornings at this hotel truly exceptional.

No real control of the hotel, but the crowd outside was sketchy especially as it got darker.

Nice hotel option if you're going to stay in Augsburg. It's actually not right next to the station, so you'll need to walk a bit to get there. However, the people working there are very helpful and nice.
