Clean and easy to find. Close to the tram stop too, so easy to get in and out of Cologne. Breakfast was great too.

The only minus was that there was no restaurant on site. You need to drive five minutes by car for dinner.

Excellent hotel, at a good price. Clean, comfortable, spacious, there were towels. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Tea, coffee, water free in the room. Definitely recommend.

Internet was really poor in my room. I didn't figure out how to put the refrigerator to work (I think it didn't work).

Breakfast is very good and worth the extra cost. Easy to find parking place. Clean, nice room size. Friendly staff.

Some furnishings were a little damaged/old/outdated, didn’t quite match the pictures. Shower doors didn’t close properly (wheels were derailed and hadn’t been fixed) so water spilled out.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Great water pressure in the shower. Location is good, especially if you want to visit both Cologne and Phantasialand. Access to public transport is very good.

Clean room, bathroom, and facilities. Spacious room, sufficient storage for a short-term trip, and amazing bathroom. The bed's mattresses are on the harder grade (4/5), not my personal preference but generally comfortable. The hotel's location is comfortably close to a station to head into the city centre (line 18 every 30 minutes). Parking is provided though there are only around 8 spots directly in front of the building.

Shower handle was damaged and the fixed shower leaked water in both rooms that I reserved. Also the eggs were very oily (for breakfast)

One minor drawback was the sink design; it splashed water and made nearby items wet.

The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us to nearby restaurants. Our room was quite spacious, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance to the tram station for easy access to Cologne, as well as the main street lined with restaurants.

The TV was broken when we arrived (screen had color lines at the bottom), we told it to the reception immediately but till the end of our stay it was not fixed. The room was too hot and the air control didn't seem to work well.

The room was clean and very big, clean bathroom, breakfast had many options and was tasty.

The room we got was very spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. It also had a big closet, mini fridge, kettle and free water/coffee. The hotel is close to a tram stop that can take you to Cologne, Bonn etc. There is free parking for the car. The breakfast was minimal but decent.

The room was well-organized, the beds were really good and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Old buildings need modernisation. Air conditioning System is old and not powerful enoght to keep temperature warm. A little limited choice at breakfast, but it is OK to make an exception once in a while. Overpriced for the offer.

Very good and accecible location. Not much traffic on the way. Very nice and welcoming staff. Pleasant decoration.

Event place next door had a dance club thing the final night I was there, and the music continued thumping until 4am. If you stay here, don't book on a weekend. During the week is fine.

Bed was comfortable, and except for the weekend night the room was nice and quiet.

My wife found a hair on the bathroom floor and a hair tie on the windows ledge, those were the only issue and they were minor.

We missed the breakfast, but the best part was the look of the room and friendly staff

Overall good job already, perhaps the downside for us (contextual) was that we’ve stayed over Saturday to Sunday and the Event building next door had a party, which was pretty loud up to 22-23 and partially could be felt also with the windows closed (at least from our side of the building / room 1006). I would share also an additional suggestion for improvement: the shower doors seem to have some of the rollers broken/one of them didn’t work very smoothly.

Super clean room and toilet (I’ve even checked the dust in some parts, as we traveled with a baby), also friendly personnel preparing a baby cot in advance, on my request. Comfy bed/practical light switches next to the bed, plenty of storage room if you need to unpack, complimentary water and coffee/tea (not the most expensive thing in the world, but always welcomed as an option if you need a cup of tea at night). Some breakfast options, not the richest but still you don’t go out hungry. Good value for money.
