Lift signs very very confusing. Staff unsure of themselves. Television did not have art English language stations , dispute the logos for BBC world news and CNN appearing on screen. Staff did not know anything of working tv

Tried to check in at 1:30pm and was sent walking until 3pm even though the place didn’t look full and surely they could have found a room. Room quite warm even with the heating off in the middle of winter. Parking is a very ambitious 25 Euros per day. Not the hotels fault though.

Room was warm for first few days. AC didn't seem to work. Parking garage went from 14€ daily to 25€, without notice.

The gym that is located in same building is included for free for guests, which was a nice bonus. The hotel elevator floors are locked to room key access, so added security.

No AC so summertime may be a little rough. Other than that, no complaints.

Location was good and breakfast was great. Nice fans were added to the rooms that does really help.

There is no air conditioning and the room got hot during the day as the temperature was in the mid to high 20s. However, a pedestal fan was provided in the room.

This hotel is in an excellent position....close to the city and restaurants. The room was large and the facilities in the room were good. There is a car park at the hotel so we left the car there and walked everywhere.

Because of the great weather it became clear that the rooms lack air conditioning even though the fan provided by the hotel helped a lot.

First of all the breakfast is brilliant which you can enjoy on the adjacent terrace weather allowing. The view from the hotel bar overlooking the old town, is great. Almost a shame that the weather was too good to hang out there for a drink or two.

The room needs aircon. There is a mobile fan, but it makes a loud noise and not super effective. You can't leave the windows open because of noise. I feel for the price the room can include aircon. The area is humid and hot. It was 26° when we visited. This is really needed.

I found the access to the hotel a bit confusing; here, a pre-arrival mail by the hotel could add comfort.

The view is very nice, especially with sunset. The rooms feel modern and spacious. The garage is easy to access and while I traveled, it was full of available empty spaces. Check-in is open until late.

Rooms get way too hot. Time for air conditioning. Some of the views are really bad, of the roof, for example. Had to complain to get a better view for the same price as the rest of the group. Very disappointing as we were the only ones in the group who were repeat customers.

No coffee or tea in the room.

I advise the place. I chose it as I visited Schweinfurt on a very cold week, so i wanted a cover parking. I was very satisfied by it, but not only the location is quite good and I got a corner room with a quite impressive view through the full walls windows (it was the suite room). There it was easy to regulate the heating and there were something that looked to me a device for getting air condition in summer, but if you need ask if it is the case. I loved the parking because it is huge with very spacious slots. The toilet was spotless! Vending machine available with reasonable snacks and I saw a coffee machine at the reception.

Maybe I should have looked better at the room selection but I had expected a fridge and coffee making facilities in the room.

I picked the hotel primarily for the location and it was excellent also the parking facility
